Well, first Branch Dividian compound was not in Waco, but 9 miles east-northeast in the community of Elk Texas. David Koresh could have been taken by the FBI at 9AM the morning of the attack as he walked across the street to the county courthouse which caught the county sheriff's crititicism.

I always wondered what sparked the Waco incident, I mean, the ATF doesnt just roll up to random churches looking for guns. According to a documentary I was watching about Timothy McVeigh and the Waco incident. A US Mail truck was driving to the compound with several packages when one of the packages fell over and broke open. A dozen or so hand grenades fell out and the driver flipped the fuck out and called authorities. I assume that phone call went something like this... "911, what is your emergency?" "Holy fucking shit! There are fucking hand grenades in my truck!!!" "Sir?" "You heard me! There are hand grenades in my fucking mail truck! I need someone out here now!"

This is my first time hearing the KKK referred to as a cult... But it makes sense.

I dabbled in Scientology for about 9 months around 2007... in Nashville. By the time I left there I had noticed that barely anyone worshiping as a follower of L Ron Hubbard, appeared, to have any reason to smile. Their eyes were empty as if they lacked a soul to smile from. It is now 2018 and those bastards continue to try to recruit me back into this fraudulent religion. Most members are nothing more than slaves while the wealthy or more famous among them, are dupes. This is a very dangerous group, if you become enslaved, and are unable to break away. Clearwater Florida is a town they've essentially bought, in its entirety. Call it Scientology HELL.

Similar thing happened to me. It was few years back There is a cult name Brahmakumari. I dabble there for like 1 and half years, all the members seemed death to me,their weired meditation practices were insane and was literally turning me into mentally ill person. I was able to come out of it, but my family is still a part of it. It haunts to till today. Even my roommate is from that cult.

At first the Children of God's flirty fishing was just flirting. Literaly flirting to bring in new members That's how it was when I was a member. It wasn't until years later that David Burg (Moses David) escalated it to actualy sex. Later, he figured they may as well make some money off it and told the women to start charging. The thing I’ve never fully understood, can someone give me a definitive answer on what the difference is between a cult, & a religion? So far the only difference I’ve been able to deduce is that a cult has fewer followers, & is generally seen by society as a more obscure system of spiritual practice, in many cases to be either feared, mocked, or both. Whereas religion is a majority rule, socially supported, & acceptable system of spiritual practice.

The Christians started the Inquisitions that lasted about 700 years (1231 AD - 1826 AD), there's the Witch Trials, the Crusades, they tried to force everyone to convert to Christianity and destroy all Pagan religions and the information about them and failed. The crusades were also launched in the name of God, they weren’t just fighting muslims, they imposed their faith. And yes, Christianity has always tried to force people to convert to their religion and destroy all knowledge that went against the doctrine, including the erasing of the mentions of Pagan beliefs and the gods and goddesses within them, as well as Occult knowledge, that is why the library at Alexandria was burned. Every Christian always says whatever they want to so that they can steer the blame from their history. Some of the most atrocious acts within history were committed in the name of God, it’s just a fact.

That's because they are not capable of any original thought or ideas. What they do is plagiarize what they can and expand on it, being a Christian base is because Muslims will kill you as will many other religions.

That is EXACTLY how those cults trick people into falling for/joining them. The more successful cults usually include 'just enough' of traditional Christian tenets to ensnare those who: (1) are easily deceived; (2) do not care enough to do their own research; and/or (3) figure that it "sounds Christian enough". Factor in control measures such as sleep deprivation, drug use, isolation, etc and new members (recruits) give in. That way, even if/when giant red flags appear, the members are reticent to disagree or not conform. Think of victims of abuse - sooner or later they simply choose to go along in order to avoid retribution. Sad, sad state of affairs.

Sam Samoa You stated that Christianity is a cult "invented by Jews". That seems extraordinarily bizarre. Why would God's chosen people invent another religion? Also, why are there some "Christian Jews"? Do you discredit those good people completely?

There's only ( 1 ) way to Heaven and that's through Jesus Christ . ** No one's comes to the Father but through me . KJV Bible . Budda . Allah , Mormon , Jehovah witness , and catholic priest /pope Will not get you into Heaven .

Craig Hinton neither will the Orthodox or most Protestants who falsely believe that if they keep repeating to themselves "Jesus is Lord" that they'll go to heaven. Matthew Chapter 15 Messiah drops a strong hint on who is getting into the New Jerusalem and who isn't. It's not what you have been taught by sinful religious leaders either!
