Put a Murphy bed on the wall next to the kitchen, in the Abingdon, that has a fold down table on the front when it's closed, for dining, crafts, etc. Also add the bay window on the end for built in seating, so I'd have room for a recliner. Another awesome home!!

This goes down as one of my favorite ITH videos of all time. A little over a year ago Randy planned out all these model homes on paper/dry erase board and now it’s a visible reality. Great job by the entire ITH community! Only thing missing was a Detroit model. It’s been a while since you guys did a container video. I personally can’t wait to see a Detroit video. Again, great job and keep ‘em coming!

The demo homes in the sales lot will help immeasurably. I've been trying to get my daughter to buy an Incredibox since kast October. Because she had not actually seen one, and there was a 3 month wait, she bought a Jayco travel trailer. After visiting ITH last weekend, she said if one had been ready as a Grab and Go when she was also looking at campers, she would have chosen Incredibox. I hope he can provide immediate sales in the future.

That loft in the Charleston would make a great home office! Tuck an air mattress away for guests. I'd use a vented combo W/D, with hanging clothes rod above, so I'd have a total of 6' of hanging clothes space in the master, and use a storage drawer bed frame, and a dresser. The drawers in the bed frame could be extra pantry and linen storage. Add a small cabinet above the toilet for cleaning supplies and toiletries, a few open shelves in the kitchen. Awesome home!!

I too think 🤔 the L shape kitchen has so much more counter room , but personally I would want a downstairs bedroom, so ten feet more on in the back would be perfect and a bath 🛀 tub would be nice 😊 don’t know how , but I’m sure it can be figured out !

I love the Lexington BUT, I would BUY the exact model of LuAnn's house. Wider hallway, Front Kitchen, Bathroom exact layout as LuAnn's with the Toilet and room for the Laundry, under the stairs.

Love the 10x30 Charleston, all one floor and a lofted. Beautiful style homes and colors. Thanks for sharing and showing us different styles homes

The Birmingham is stunning. I like seeing the variety of models you have.

I love almost everything but despise the barndoor for the bathroom. I wish they were pocket doors because that offers more and proper privacy.

You haven't seen Randy's barn doors. When they are closed, the door opening exterior side trim is installed thicker to completely cover any opening. They are the most private of any barn door I've ever seen.

I’d love to see that hot water heater installed outside to make more room in the closet! This is a really beautiful tiny home.

I love the wider stairs at the back of the house.The only thing missing that I would love to see in one of their models that I haven't seen is a loft that has part of the floor lower than the rest so that you could walk next to at least once side of your bed. That way even older people could use the loft as long as they could manage the stairs. I've seen this before and it does take away head room from part of the downstairs, but it makes the loft much more usuable as a bedroom. It cheats the headspace issue so that it makes it so that it feels like the loft height is at least 5 feet high. I know that I couldn't use their lofts as a bedroom at age 46, so most older people would likely have an issue. I would gladly lose ceiling height in the bathroom and or kitchen to create that space in the loft. I think I saw several versions of that kind of loft on the tiny home tour KZread channel with Jenna (might be wrong about her name). It's the one that did a video at ITH. Otherwise, I love all of their models and how they have created ones for various income levels to make them more affordable. Abbeville was the most enticing community plan to me with the old school small town. It had a New England feel in a warmer climate. If my kids were out on their own, I would definitely consider it.

Yeah, Randy mentioned in the video about building the bay windows at factory and shipping to the Amish in Kentucky (a system to expedite the process, because building a bay window is time-consuming).

The workmanship on your homes is SPECTACULAR! The coupla was my FAVOURITE! Ahhhhhhah ! 😄💕

I love these tours The homes are beautiful. One suggestion I would make is in the Birmingham instead of having a tiny little closet next to the shower to open it up towards the kitchen that way you can put shelving in it that way which is a lot easier for pantry and other items or if somebody wanted to use it as a little closet to hang clothing then it would be perfect!

I love how you have the show models laid out. My favorite color is the Birmingham. I really like the layout of the Charleston. It think it would be great to have an option to have side glass panels on the Bay Window to look like a real Bay Window.

You could buy a piece of butcherblock, a piano hinge, and a hinged flip out shelf support, and build a fold down countertop extension at the end of the counter to extend beyond your sink.

@SusanB A really good suggestion! I just wonder how much room there is between the end of the counter and the window. I thought it seemed a little tight (the space to lift the drop down would still need to be there, which means it's not available to use for the living room and my bed doesn't fold up). I was thinking about it and a rolling island that expands into a dining table might work. It could be rolled into the "L" when I'm not in the kitchen and give me more prep area when I am in the kitchen (my Ninja takes up a chunk of counterspace). I saw where someone had designed an elevated living room over a rollout bed. Time to get out my tape measure and make a spreadsheet (because that's how I cope with math)!

A single girls dream home! I see my reading nook in that bay window! Oh,,, so amazing! Everything u need in a tiny home!

To the Abingdon, add a rolling cart that has storage below on one side, and a flip up table for 2 on the other side. They aren't very big, and having it on wheels allows for it to sit in the middle of the kitchen, with the storage facing the sink, or pushed under the window & out of the way, or put perpendicular to the kitchen counter near the sink, for buffet style serving. 🤔

I think having windows with grids in the glass would make those homes look even better.

All of the models are just beautiful. They’re all different, but they all share one thing and that’s quality building! My absolute favorite has always been the Birmingham and it still is. All of the detail is just breathtaking. I’m already set for Abbeville with my money down as much as I would love to have a Birmingham because it just really hits and I am evil unless I went to lottery I won’t be able to afford it. It is my dream though!❤❤❤

I do have 1 question though… Do you put that cheap looking light bar above every kitchen sink just so their will be a light there & the buyer can switch it out for what they want? I’m guessing you can buy those in bulk for not much money and easy install, then homeowner can change to their preference. I apologize if I sounded rude, that was NOT my intention, honestly!! The Lexington floor plan is the best. I would just add 4 feet to make it a 28 foot model (like Luanne's). That would make a substantial living room and kitchen area - very liveable. I'd also prefer an on-demand hot water heater to free up the area under the stairs for a washer/dryer combo and then have a nice closet in the corner of the bathroom. Someday I'll put my money where my mouth is!

I agree. Luanne's plan is one of the best! i think she has more room in the hallway to fit her storage unit. I think the bathroom on Lexington would have to be reconfigured a bit to accomodate that. Not sure. I'm hoping that Randy agrees to use her plan as a model :)

The red colored one reminds me of a railroad caboose. That's a huge compliment by the way. Ever since I was a kid I always looked for a trains caboose. 🤗

I'm LOVING the tour display setup. I'm loving each home. The only 2 things I see in the Birmingham I would change is the stairs to make them storage stairs with the pull out drawers. I'd also change the swinging bedroom door to match the bathroom as in a sliding barn door OR remove it completely & put a decorative tie-back curtain. That way one could put added storage shelving in that corner next to the door. Everything else look beautiful. I especially LOVE the big bay window & verticle lower siding as well. I'm still preparing to come back home after almost 40yrs to the south east area & am looking so forward to working with you for multiple tiny homes. One for a mother & one for myself. I'm coming back from TX & left you a message to call me so hope to hear from you soon.

😊I love all your different size models with various pricing range. They are simple layouts,and very easy to access to. With a lot windows that are abled with lots of natural lightings. Especially,most of them have windows in the bathrooms that you are able to open the windows with fresh airflow. Great job👍🏻

I think you would get more use of the space in that last home by putting the kitchen on the end and the living room in the middle. You would actually have space for a small dining table in the kitchen

This is awesome! I love the Lexington. All 5 are beautiful but the Lexignton has the best bathroom design imo. That style in a 10x30 would be "incredible" lol. You could do a 24" wide pantry accessible from the kitchen, and 10" deep shelves accessible from the bathroom.

I like the Abottville or Abbeyville, as it is 10 foot wide and open floor space. I like the gas grill. An off-grid is a bonus.
