1. Complete blood count( CBC)- This test will alarm if there is any infection, inflammation, blood cancer, or nutritional deficiencies in the body.
2. Blood sugar( RBS/FBS/HBA1c)- High blood sugar will lead to heart attack, stroke, and many other problems.
3. Lipid test - this test checks for different types of cholesterol. High levels of cholesterol lead to heart disease.
4. Vitamins test to check Vit D and Vitamin B12 levels. The deficiency of these vitamins leads to a nerve, bone, and muscle-related problems.
5. Thyroid function test( T3, T4 & TSH) - an abnormal thyroid hormone will cause weakness and various other problems
If any of these reports show abnormality. You need to consult a physician and get further specific tests if required and appropriate treatment.
