You are probably gonna get more views on a new one, I had a bunch of channels die and making a new one was always the best option, at least that's for me

It does, if you're also set on fixing the mistakes from your former channel. If you don't, your new channel is just going to suffer the same fate.

I think you could benefit from changing your titles to a lesser known artist that is still in the same style as your beats.
