5 HANDSTAND HOLD drills to help you improve

Let’s IMPROVE your HANDSTANDS! Optional gymnast, Kailee, and I have 5 exercises that we’ll show you, each playing a really important part in learning and mastering the handstand hold.
These 5 drills go from “beginner” to “advanced” in difficulty level, so no matter where you are in your gymnastics journey, you’ll have plenty to practice!
We cover each of the following in-depth, breaking down how each should be practiced:
1. “T” Levers holding a foam pit overhead (You can use anything, doesn’t have to be foam!)
2. Donkey kicks up to a wall
3. Box handstand with single leg lifts
4. Shoulders to box handstand
5. Low bar supported handstand

Good Explanation for handstand!
So glad I came across your channel! I've started my own group not too long ago and despite having done gymnastics my entire life, the methods my coaches used were never really this structured and step by step improvement oriented. It was more a trial and error thing for us back then and those with more "talent" were okay with that but those who lacked natural body control were left behind super fast. So your explanations are a major help for me when trying to teach every member of my group the understanding of the different movements and techniques behind them! :)

Nice! But for the first one, should I practice on only one leg?
