Hare Krsna dear Maharaja , it's really amazing , today I prépare 2 notebooks, one to record my spiritual inspirations, and the other to jot down interesting topics from lectures that have touched me or that I want to delve into. And in my inspiration notebook I noted: read pray and song of Vaishnava. Thank you very much for the idea of recording prayers; I will prepare a small notebook :) Singing won't be difficult either; I often sing at home, during walks when I'm alone. Additionally, I have 2 phones 😆, one without WhatsApp and other apps, only KZread for lectures and kirtans. To keep the mind calm and absorbed in one Katha. And there are still 3 more of your suggestions, which are very good to implement into life. In the evening, I need a moment of contemplation. Thank you very much for this video, for the inspiration.
