It is important to remember that social media and Netflix - are still information for your brain to process. People have to rest from it❤

I love this video! Thank you, Faye. As a locum doctor high achiever girlie who was extremely burned out during COVID, I'm learning to heal myself and live a more fulfilling and happy life. Your videos make me feel like I'm not alone and that the people-pleasing and unnecessary pressure I put on myself is something that many of us face. Thank you for the sweet reminders.

Faye, I’ve never commented on your videos before but watch them all. I’ve got to say you produce some of the best and most meaningful videos. I’m on the waiting list for ADHD referral and a primary school teacher - which the job I think is going to kill me! I’m so burnt out all the time, negative mindset and low moods. This video and the rest you’ve done has been so helpful! Could you please link some of your apps that you use for organising?

Thank you Faye for this! You’ve inspired me to work in the medical sector as a midwife and I start my T-level in September if I get the correct grades! Currently going through my GCSEs and I lost all motivation to revise and with youre videos you’ve helped me pick up again and work towards my dreams of making mums feel loved and important ❤❤

Love the video Faye. I'm just finishing my masters and start as a band 5 in a few weeks. It's definately important to think about the type of professional we want to be at the end of all the training and pressure we put on ourselves. Being gin the wards definately makes you appreciate wellness both physically and mentally. Also Faye your hair does look lovely in this video. Your natural colour really does look lovely!

This is so tough, it’s definitely a privilege to have the space to separate activities 🥲 I’ll have a think and maybe try address this in the future if u think of anything to help!! I always loved the library or coffee shops because of this. If you struggle to concentrate with things going on around you, I’d highly recommend some loop earplugs to help 🫶🏼

Faye! This was a great video! I have a question, if you don't mind sharing, you mentioned you have ADHD - I do as well. Have you found medication is effective or do you prefer alternative methods to manage it on a day-to-day basis? Hope you're having a great day! You got this! Meg

Hey! Thanks so much ☺️☺️ I think meds are great WITH lifestyle interventions too. My medication has changed my life but it’s not a substitute for non pharmacological strategies too. I think medication is great for improving our awareness of how our ADHD affects us so that we can develop coping strategies even without meds. Hope that helps 💖

Ive noticed lifestyle can only do so much bc adhd tends to cause burnout even without tasks. You get burned out from... existing even without a job or school. I think meds + working around your adhd helps the best
