Part of fact 1 is actually false, the majority of Mimikyu do infact wear their disguise to be loved and communicate. Jessie's Mimikyu is the only exception to this.

I felt it was more of they hate that they are unable to be loved in their true form so they hate pikachu because they can. Like a envy/ jealously

I think the fact that Mimikyu hates Pikachu is just restricted to Jessie's Mimikyu, after all Acerola's Mimikyu in the anime has no problems with Pikachu at all! I think Jessie's Mimikyu hates Pikachu out of jealousy, that it wishes it could be loved as much as Pikachu as seen in the episode that it's disguise got ruined it showed that looking like Pikachu is very important to it!

Why does everyone think that Jessie’s Mimikyu is the symbol for all mimikyu

I always had a little theory that the reason mimikyu picks pikachu is because in the pokemon universe pikachu plushes are the most common, the equivalent of teddy bears. Id like to think they sometimes copy other pokemon based on what theyre exposed to when theyre born but the pikachu form is the most common It could also just be that pikachus are one of the most common pets, like dogs or cats are more common than someone owning like. A fox for example

The pokedex says it will hold a grudge against those that tear up its costume especially if it tears the neck since it has to stay up all night to repair it and the neck is the hardest part for it to repair. In the anime pikachu broke the neck and it hated it ever since but that was just ash's pikachu.
