I wish there were fat grips available with larger inside diameters. I do have some cheap ones, but most brands I can see are made to fit a 25mm handle/barbell. Which is fine, but a bunch of the dumbbells I have use a handle that's thicker in the middle and are between 32 and 35mm diameter, making the fat grip a bit too fat, and leaves about an inch opening in the grip, so I don't end up using them as much on those dumbbells. If someone sold a version made for ~32mm handles, I would probably buy them.

I read you either 1 2 or 3 nerves in your forearm.. 2 most common than 1 than 3.. Type 2 has potential, type 3 will have big forearms no matter what and type 1 will find it extremely difficult to grow bigger forearms .. I think its probably true given that i had to do so much just for 13 inch forearms

Matt I have a wrist roller that slips over power rack long pin.I don't wind it up like we did as Kidd's with broom stick and String,I do reps reverse and normal blows em up. I have a grip plate loaded from Milo but just havnt got into it like my roller. I'm 60 with double knee replacement so my heavy dead days are over.I use to use overhand grip until had to switch due to weight as I aged I got an Apollo axle bar and did just overhand grip limiting me to weight I could handle for my age Thanks for tips I'll try the bands

The easy answer to the cruising exercises is to only do them on days where you are doing only pressing exercises or days where you don't need to grip a bar and pull! The other option is to do them last! For me, since I have the ability to do them at home, I just do them whenever on non-workout days or in the evening before dinner.

Thanks Matt. Love your stuff. I'm a 65 yo lifter. Very strong and very fit but I have arthritis in my fingers. I several "Captains of Crush" grippers but can't use them anymore. I can do the first 3 exercises you mention but I can't work on crushing strength anymore. Do you think it's still worthwhile doing forearm work for someone like me? Thanks in advance.
