This is a great video and seems to be a lot of fun. I'm saving the link and will be replaying it over and over again. I'm just getting back into the guitar after a 50 year hiatus and am realizing what I have been missing for all these years.

What an excellent video.Easy wins ( and some not so easy but great for building up dexterity) that make you want to progress. Nice one!
That was a good lesson ! I use almost all of that in my videos , except for the Drop D , but you gave me some more ideas ! I'm getting older and I'm having trouble with my hands , but I'm having fun !
GOOD JOB, WELL DONE
Awesome Lesson.. Lot of information. Your guitar is really nice .
Wowww! what a beatiful lesson! thank you very much.
Great lesson, thanks.
Nice one!! But a trick that i've always found easier to tune into drop d, is making sure that that the 7th fret of the E string sound exactly the same as the open A string!! 😁
Great ideas! Thanks so much!!!!
Great lesson!
Reluctant at first, then very glad I watched this!! All these years and I never knew about the drop E impression or whatever with the capo.
Very cool demo. Thanks.
That was awesome... thx.
Thanks my friend! Love your explanation! Gonna Drop D round the campfire 🔥 this weekend! Rock on!

if someone hands me a guitar and don't want me to sing a couple of songs, don't hand me the guitar! :D
Cool! The Byrds wouldn't even exist without sus2 and sus4 chords. 🙂
Nice hat!
Great tips! Great job! Got any more? Thanks!
Great Video. 🙂👍
Cheers from Canada....
Nice job
Very informative lecture Brother. . .Love from India. . .
Amazing....you are on the D chord!!!..plz do something in other chords ....please
You're cool man!
Genius
Where is all this handing out of guitars happening at? I’ve been playing for over 40y and that’s never happened to me once.

Ha! Greedy ass musicians with their $2000 guitars!
Great stuff! Would love know strumming patterns
Totally agree, best teaching session I have come across in ages. None of the 5 minutes of how they came to play guitar or about their 'journey' just get in, say what you want to teach and DO IT. Thanks for this
Well I'll be!!
New sub, thanks 🎸👍

Thats the "thirtysomething" theme at the beginning. Great and challenging song by Snuffy Walden.
Excellent lessons. Wow!! What type of taylor guitar. are you playing? Is it the 314ce series? Thanks again
Hi love your video, is that a standard thumb pick?
I learned about Hammorons when I learn bass. My first song I played Yes Roundabout. Then I stated playing guitar . I used ha mor ons to Led Zeppelin. .
Open 3rd 5th 7th 10th 12th frets for drop D power chords. Excuse me Im just making a note of the fret positions. Great video btw!
How about improvising on the fly?. It is really not that difficult. Choose few chords that fit good together like Am, C, Dm, E, 2 rounds and then back loop Dm, C, E, Am, and Dm, C, Am, Em, and you can get back to the starting chords Am, C, Dm, E. ---- You can do strumming, fingerstyle or combination of both, put different rhythms to it. It is totally cool and even beginners can easy get into it.
The guitar sounds good! I've never heard of such a Taylor. What year of manufacture is this miracle guitar?
Some of that reminds me of Over The Hills, And Far Away, by Led Zeppelin . Cool lesson

No it doesn’t. It just reminds you that you can’t play. Lol
I call your simulated drop D simply drop E. The D chord becomes an E chord. I do most of my writing and arranging in Drop E. As a solo fingerstyle guitarist, it makes be sound very different from other artists and gives my arrangements an exotic and deep sound.
Queen used the Dsus4 often
Absolutely fantastic tutorial- I’d only ask you to slow it down - tabs would be so helpful Great riffs
For a minute there I thought you were gonna teach Over the Hills and Far Away ;)

Hello Heath, Is your website and email down? Each time I try to get on, it's basically saying your website is no longer available, same with your email address. I sure hope you are still in business. I really appreciate your lessons and your teaching style! I should still be paid up until the end of this year. Hope all is well!

How to create a tutorial for "Over the hill and far away" without a copyright strike... 🤫
I've watched this video 50 times and still can't do it. Nice sounding but I think there should be emphasis on the strumming as well.
so now, when you play this, everyone will know exactly where you got it and why! ha.
