I've tried making creme brulee in the crockpot the first time using condensed milk and evaporated milk, it didn't turned out so well, but when I tried making it the second time using milk and heavy whipping cream, it worked! My family loved it so much that my older sister and I want to make it again using matcha powder. This is great recipe to make during the summertime!

Awesome! Great variety of delicious looking recipes. Now tell me how long it takes to cook all those in a steamer or oven? I would think a steamer would be a lot quicker that the 2-3 hours in the crockpot. Some of us want to eat our desserts ASAP. :)

if baking in an oven, you would cook at 180C for 1 hour. The crockpot's high setting reaches a maximum temperature of 150C, that is why it is cooked for 2 hours instead of 1 hour
