Dj was actually rlly good at UK! He just had bad luck with the whole Dilly and Sheppard thing with them both coming from no where and playing like they did randomly. But Cal believes in this man he gonna b great sooner than later I think!

New he was going to Arkansas once Cal left, that was if he didn’t commit to the draft, so I’m not shocked. He wasn’t a “Kentucky Guy” he was always a “Cal Guy”. He’ll probably end up as a top 20 pick after next season, wouldn’t be shocked if he ended up going later. Cal’s decision to leave basically just proved he was loyal to the name on the front of the jersey and who played for the name on the back. Now with John Wall, Boogie, Bledsoe, KAT, Book, Dillingham, Reed, Maxey, Quickley, D Miller, and others all showing support for the program (off the top of my head but I know they’re are many more who played under Cal that are loyal to the program) it truly proves who will go to Arkansas because of coaching, and now NIL. Still need a follow up on your “Downfall of Kentucky Basketball” vid bro 😂, just saying. Not hating, still hope u succeed, but you need to educate yourself more on Kentucky basketball. I’d say more on college basketball as a whole. Kentucky is fine and Pope has done such an amazing job and he’s only been here for a few months. Both programs will finish in the top 20 in terms of Men’s rankings by the end of the season. Continue to grind but make sure to do your research and educate yourself on all of these topics and discussions. RIP Bill Walton 🙏 Take care, God bless!

Cal has done a fantastic job building a roster through NIL though, about every player on Arkansas' roster would start for Kentucky. Maybe 2 Kentucky recruits would start at Arkansas. Obviously Kentucky fans know rating doesn't mean everything, that's why they pushed Calipari into leaving. But Kentucky is not immune of becoming irrelevant to college basketball, UCLA and Indiana can both attest to how far a storied program can fall.

@@BoostFiend_BudI’d only say UCLA is the only school in terms of history and prestige that would rank ahead of UK, maybe I’m just being bias. The only true time Kentucky was irrelevant in my lifetime has been when Billy G was coaching. I wouldn’t truly say UCLA are irrelevant but they did have down years. Ansley Almonor, Andrew Carr, Otega Oweh, Lamont Butler, Amari Williams would all start for any coach. Even Cal if he didn’t go for a freshman first approach, I’d even say Collin Chandler would have a shot. Not to mention Jaxon Robinson if he decides to go to UK, which is pretty much a guarantee at this point. I know Thiero, Wagner, Knox, and possibly Big Z will all start for Cal, almost a given, but I’d pick a lot of older talent over them, in terms of 3-5 year guys. Even with Pope, it’s more grit and grind than potential. He wants to have a program first approach instead of player first. I’d honestly say Wagner, Thiero, maybe Big Z, who would’ve had the opportunity to thrive in Pope’s system, would have the opportunity to potentially start at UK for Pope. They didn’t want to be a part of a “program” but instead a part of “Cal’s system”. I have nothing but appreciation for Cal, even with the shadiness that has been brought to the public. Particularly with Clutch Talent in Sharpe, BJ Boston, and Chris Livingston who to me and others will never be apart of the Kentucky family. I believe Cal will win in Arkansas. Do I believe he will win titles in Arkansas? Maybe a SEC Title or 2 with, at most, 1 National Title. Am I probably wrong? Yeah. Lord knows and that’s all that truly matters. Take care, God bless! 🙏

These youth need to go the Ja Morant route and go to smaller colleges where you will start and have the ball. Carrying a team goes further.

DJ was doing great until he got hurt. He tried to play through the hurt, his numbers was down because of that. His shooting wasn't as good cause he had three guards that was shooting and hitting so he didn't look for his shot. He will do great at Arkansas, which scares me as a Kentucky fan.

Ive seen the film . Look like dj was more focused on improving his game than showing off his game. He constantly tried finishing with his left hand , purposely focused on being the vocal leader, playing a postion he never played and only averaged 2 less points than reed Sheppard and he is 19 reed Sheppard jared mccain 20 really was sophomores

He didn’t play too much in Kentucky. You should’ve went to a school where you can play a whole lot of minutes where you can be the point guard that you need to be all the minutes that you want that’s the school you should’ve went to this man is going to mess your career. Be careful.
