(I did watch that video where she ate different foods everyday but my point is just to try it as a whole and learn more cultures and basically have fun!)

When I had depression I used to avoid all of the mirrors. I hated myself so much that i just couldnt see me. Even the reflection of my face on the phone was terrifying to me. But now I'm cured and I try to look at me all the time and say : "u look great.

I think most women (and probably men too) are very critical of their reflection in the mirror. But someone gave me a great tip once that I recommend to anyone: when you look in the mirror, tell yourself that you look beautiful and try to find something to compliment yourself about. Obviously you do what you need to do to check that you look presentable (eye and nose crusts, makeup, hair etc), but when you're done tell yourself that you're beautiful before walking away. It's a big confidence and mood booster.

She should do five days of celebrating your birthday, or like celebrating some Holliday everyone

I spent a week in a village without a mirror- people said I looked more attractive because I didn't bother with makeup, I didn't notice the difference in the people who never have mirrors from the village and it was ultimately freeing. But one guy ended up with an insane tan and didn't know until he saw himself. Good video!

Some people would probably be offended and if she has a a religion really strict of "not believing " in other religions or following practices of other religions besides her she would technically be breaking rules it's not a bad idea but she can gets lots of hate. Learning about other religions might be a safer route for her but it can still cause problems to be honest religions might not be the best thing since people can be harshly offended and there can be misunderstandings.

I live for these videos! Makes me want to try every experiment she does!!

When I had deep depression I hated seeing myself and it made me replay thoughts of worthlessness but, after a long journey of recovery I absolutely love myself and I know I am good. A lot of my depression came from me thinking the people around me thought I was a bad person or not worth their time or love. I have changed my perspective completely about myself and if you do that how you feel about yourself will radiate upon other people.

Normally when I look at the mirror, I compare myself with the hotter girls at school. I might want to take up this experiment. Idk why I compare myself with others too much. All that matters is that I look beautiful. Even when a guy asked me out I thought, "why me?? There are more beautiful, sexy and hotter girls at school". I always look at my mirror and wonder why I was not given the same beautiful face and hair as others.

I work for public eye is most definitely true that I'm looking at the mirror more than 5x times a day. Is no so bad. Is sometimes that your self confidence where you feel that something looks wrong or feel wrong. While in reality is not true. So over thinking too much makes our self confidence go down so we rush to the nearest mirror we can find. To those small imperfections no one really notice. Because reality how you see yourself in the mirror is sometimes different when someone else see you.

You inspired me o much so when my school did a 5 without tech I was super excited !
