Lol, I've been in bad shape for a while now. Back at school in my 40's, salmon season was banging up in BC where in at...I judged my course instructors charachter by their sympathy of my plight. Schoolwork or fishing boys😊

Love you, local guys, out doing the things. Been fighting cancer the last 3 years and I can honestly say.... You guys keep me moving. I am hitting as many good days as I can between treatment to fish NW Washington. Thank you, Gentleman for keeping me ADDICTED! And special thanks to Shaun for getting it all on film. 😊

Went shad fishing today. Got a new Lamiglas handcrafted 13ft plunking rod. Got me a taco plate on the way home. And this video was on my recommendation. Life doesn’t get any better than this 🤩

Jordan, try a 1/16 oz crappie jig with a white grub with trophy trout 😊 also, try just 5 to 10 minutes a spot and keep moving, brother. You'll catch em 😊 you may end up catching smallies or largemouth if you put trophy bass on white grub worm on white crappie jig too. 😊❤

The best bait you can use on the third lake is a dragonfly nymph if you're not catching them on anything else. Pick up logs along the bank and you'll find em.

There are no Brook trout in that river, but there are brookies in many other creeks you drove right by the first couple days. LOL

New to the channel the last few weeks. Getting back into fishing after 20 years of not fishing. Why? Because my 7 and 5 year old grandsons saw their 13 year old cousin fishing last summer and they are obsessed with it now. It’s full circle for me because I was about 7 or 8 when MY grandfather would take me fishing. We’ve gone out to the local lake that my grandfather used to take me to and haven’t been able to catch any trout. And that’s what I love about the honesty of this channel. Seeing you out there struggling to find the bite reminds me that some days you just don’t find the fish. Thanks for all the videos reminding me how to fish for trout.

Covor lots of water, brother 3 to 4 casts per spot. If there are no bites after 3 to 4 casts in the next spot, try changing lure or rig. 😊

So hard to catch a nice giant brown where I'm from. I had to put in a lot of work for a longgg time but ended up in the top 10 biggest browns ever caught around here after nailing a 28 1/4" TANK through the ice. Nothing beats that feeling I'm still smiling about it years later

Hi Jordan! Love the gig you do with Addicted, and Stay Fishy. Oregon born and raised myself, and one of the most beautiful places on earth. The PNW in my opinion out of the handful of different places outside the country is the most beautiful. Except maybe Chile…..I can’t say much , I haven’t been! My son and I enjoy your videos, good job. Btw. Sharp cheddar or or smoked cheddar is the best burger cheese. May I recommend 1/4 cup cream cheese with a tub of blue cheese. Should spreed over 4-5 nice size burgers

Right below that lake has some of the best fishing for GIANT browns, biggest I’ve ever caught at 28 inches and roughly 7 pounds. Love the videos! Stay Fishy!

I had trouble in the cascade high mountain lakes before. The fish seem to be so picky. What worked best for me and lost my most my gear was letting a spoon sink to the bottom and pull it in from there. Didn't catch one on anything else. Also I love me the black / black with red spots panther martin in the high lakes / central oregon rivers.
