Goals for the Working Goalkeeper:
1. Confidence in initial starting position; helping
to delay premature mvmts
2. Transition from Phase 1: claiming
a cross in your catching/punching range
to Phase 2, mvmt to complete a 2nd action
(header, volley etc.)
Goals for the Nonworking Goalkeepers:
1. Executing an efficient final pass/cross
even if their prep touch isn't clean
2. Speed of play i.e. touch and hit
