    Life comes with tough and expensive choices. I need a property coz im about to be homeless. Mum is giving this house to her beloved married daughter that currently owns a house. All the while ive been taking care of her living with her alone for almost 10 years. Yes im the disposable one. Dont mind me im just speaking my mind.. thank u for such informative video.     Beli rumah merupakan 1perkahwinan . Jgn terburu buru beli rumah ,tapi berhati2 beli rumah .     untuk beli rumah ni mcmni.. klau da separa jutawan no hal.suggetions agen jual rumah iaitu utk aset or utk bgi sewa bgi sy sgt2 tidak masuk dlm kamus hidup sy. cntohnya ali kj gomen. akibat dihasut kawan, dia mmbeli rumah brdekatan dngn tpt kjnya. 5 tahun kemudian dia dipindahkn sbb naik pngkt or dll. so xkn 5 kli pindah, 5 kli beli rumah. mnyewa rumah x pe. orang hasut2 beli rumah kita ada trget masing2.agen ckp, u pindah rumah kasi sewa maa.. dia ingt semudah itu..

    Beli apa pun kemampuan tu memang penting. I ingat lagi ada kawan i yg satu tu, beli kereta mahal2. Kononya sebab buat sales kena pandu kereta yg mahal baru org respek dan customer percaya. Satu hari tu kemalangan, kereta masuk bengkel, call i menangis nak pinjam duit sebab takde duit nak baiki kereta. (nota tambahan: tolong faham ada insuran kreta tak bermaksud semua boleh senang2 settle, ada situasi yg u kena bayar dulu sebelum buat claim insuran seperti kwn i ni. bukan tu jer, ada yg tak layak claim. so baca dan faham kesemua T&C insuran kreta u dan insuran apa2 pun)

    saya punya pengalaman ada orang tu checklist pertama lepas sebab ada bantuan keluarga.at the end rumah kena lelong juga sebab 4 checklist tak lepas🤣.agaknya boleh survive bila deposit rumah lepas(lepaslah kalo rajin usaha)

    nampak gayanya mcm ada lebihan property yg tak terjual.. rasa better sewa dulu.. haha.. plus covid still wujud dan tak tau in future apa effect dia..... everything ada market crash.. even dkt usa pun market house pernah jatuh merudum....

    i cadangkan lah u kaya ke miskin start property murah je, flat je...nanti kaya dah, sewa kan flat tu lah sebab flat memang rental lebih dari installment, dan jual pun takkan rugi nanti. So bila kaya, jualkan flat tu dan kurangkan loan untuk property kedua. In short kena move step by step dari kecik ke besar orang sekarang kepala kecik nak pakai topi besar, itulah sendiri yg cari pasal panggilnya

    Saya ada cubaan membeli Rumah, Dan Buat load load application banyak bank...ada yang dapat approval...namun melihat Tawaran daripada bank manyebabkan. Saya menarik Balik prose's pembelian itu kerana mengganggu cash flow saya....jadi adakah ini akan mengganggu Carta Cirris saya? *SPA Dan load agreement tidak ditandantangan lagi
