Then a second time he ran in out of breath, he was begging with them, they put him out, that time he was kind of slumped over but poor baby was scared. My mind has been made up since I was 15 that I don't want kids (im 28 now) for various reasons. This case right here is one of the main ones. That saying " It takes a village" was slapped in the face right here. The villagers assisted in slaying this child. That entire crowd and people in their the apts basically fapping to the footage could have rushed those fuckers. They would not try to take on 30 odd something people with only 7 of them. Anything could have been done to by time for the cops and medics arrived. I would have totally gave my life for his. I keep thinking what if it were one of my nephews? I would not be able to live with myself knowing I turned my back on someone's child. Even if he survived!!

He did go back in, they have released the whole video. He ran back in asking for help and they told him to leave. That’s when he ran back out and started trying find help. Nobody would help him so he ran to the hospital.

Is called jurisdiction. The crime happen in New York , not DR. He has to be tried and convicted here. He has to serve time here. If he is Dominican national then after serving time he will be deported. Once he gets deported he is free but can never return legally to this country. That’s how the system works. If he gets life without parole, he will die in jail but not be deported Bc is serving a life sentence.

This chic lied about not even knowing junior. It finally came out They were in the same explores club thats how she was able to tell her folks who he was. I understand being afraid but when the shoe is on the other foot the victim then in turn says the same thing no one helped ppl just stood around did nothing ECT so do what you would want someone else to do for you in that situation... Its not the severity of how much you do to help but the thought of taking a simple step in being of assistance of any kind is what matters seriously. In cases like this the smallest things are critical we all have to pick our battles I understand but when they were all gone (the assailants) that's when more help should've been recieved human nature is to not get involved but human nature is also to help your fellow man.

Thanks 4 the update sis...its just a terrible reality with so many crazy elements. Its hard 2 understand this as mistaken idenity. Rest easy JR....im inspired by this young man after hearing how he lead his very young life. I’m telling you! My boy will be 17 this year and this hurts me to the core I can’t fathom what his mom is going through! This would have sent me into a blind rage and the first one I would go for is the sister! After that I’m offing everything moving including the family dog! This infuriates me!

I say this with a peaceful mind and heart, if there is a business in the community and it is a local business and they sell their merchandise to the community yet supported them they the community should support local businesses. But if these businesses open shop in the community and sell the community their merchandise and take their money yet give nothing back and then incidents like this occurred where they will not even go as far as protecting those in the community then they should be shut down and removed ASAP because they are providing nothing for the people within the community. You can buy your where's somewhere else or you can open your own business and get back to the community you live in you do not have to deal with these people, remove them!

Theres a lot of crazy things that happen in the world but this one has weighed on my mind heavy everyday since i heard about it RIP Junior 🙏

I lived on 183 Bathgate Ave my whole life. This has happened before. I miss that neighborhood so much but leaving it was a blessing. Brings tears to see this happen. And to see old friends on camera But store owners own guns. Don’t they? Couldn’t the store owners showed a weapon or fire a warning shot and locked the doors ? Maybe he might be alive Rip Jr 💔🙏😢

This baby boy was literally fucked over by everyone around him. They were all like dead social media iphone zombies. He died alone in a pool of his own blood like he was some criminal!! The fact that he wanted to be a detective just hurts even more. He must have been so cold bleeding out like that. This is terrifying. But I'll tell you what he has way more heart than all of Bronx because for him to find the strength to stand and seek help after that brutal stabbing before horrifyingly trying to make it to the hospital alone. Confused, frightened, betrayed and in excruciating pain. That is such a STRONG kid he did so well I'm proud of him because even though he didn't make it, he made it to the hospital all on his own with no shoes and no help. He didn't need ANY of them! Rest in Peace Junior bby~!

Every time I hear about this story it makes me sad and I just cry. Not only for the loss of Junior, but for the loss of humanity. Wtf has this world come to? No regard for human life, or for being your brother's keeper. What makes me even more mad is, the friend that clearly set Junior up had to have known the gang members had the wrong guy. For him to set him up and make him come downstairs, he had to have been communicating with the killers to even orchestrate the whole thing. So at no point did the friend stop to correct the killers and tell them they are after the wrong person? A name or a pic of the intended target had to have been exchanged at some point. I'm so confused. R.I.P. Junior. He wanted to become apart of the NYPD to make a difference. I wish he could see his destiny being fulfilled.
