    I like the information you share, doc. However, I'd like to input here that it's better to always consume something that's local to our geography. Blueberries are not grown in india, hence imported and very expensive. Even an above average income family cannot afford. Moreover, when it's imported from thousands of miles away, it's sprayed with many chemicals to preserve. Instead, we should focus on Indian superfoods such as aanwla, moringa, ashwagandha and so many more. Thank you for your efforts. Really appreciate.

    Doctor saab.. this is very informative video. But here i wanted to say that i am also having spinal stenoses. Due to this when ever i go for a walk after 10 mts numbness starts from my left leg and then finally it covers my groin area. At that point of time if i sit for 5 mts then again i can go for a walk for another 10 mts. My pains on the hipps also. Please advise should i go for a surgery or any other option is available.
