You forgot to mention the most ultimate feature of it - it can adjust the motor assistance to keep your hrart rate at certain level.

great update on the new implementations. I love my Turbo Levo Comp Carbon, upgraded specifically for the increased functions of the mission control. Those are all great features and I need to revisit the app because I did the same as you and just got to riding and did not dabble in the tech as much.

Right on! Yeah, it surprised me. And now that I've been using the TCU for a while, I know what data is most useful to mee and I can put them front and center.

Great review as always! I usually don’t just give out compliments Willy-Nilly to KZreadrs. I’m seasoned & discerning. But your reviews nail it EVERYTIME. These new bike/rider-power metrics/features very insightful about what’s really going on and is how I process these factors in my mind already. Have you ever used the power option where you can manage the power in 10% increments, it's a wonderful feature for saving the battery on long rides.

Yeah, definitely. It's called Microtune and it is a very handy feature, especially when in a group ride and setting the perfect support to keep up with the group and get a workout and save battery.

I keep mine in the mode that the axs gear is the biggest thing on the screen with time and bike battery is a really small font and love it!

That's the power of the TCU is one can really personalized the screens. It seems to return though to screen #1 after about 20 seconds and that is really odd behavior

I think it returns to the screen you set to "paused screen" when you stop riding.

@@teqai Yup agree likely the pause screen -- I just happen to have my pause screen setup to show the AXS gear so it works great for me.

pretty cool, I wish Giant would do more on their app. I am afraid to use it, I am hearing its bricking bikes...

Good info. That is crazy that it can brick a motor. I hate these firmware updates sometimes, especially the ones that auto-update on their own without your knowledge.

Man, I feel like Fred Flintstone. I've never had axs or mastermind. I bought a alloy comp. It came withe the older version. I'm happy though. I'm sure if I tried yours I would end up spending way to much $.

U have the new Levo Pro here. since I bought it , I have issues with the transmission, it’s in Micro Position 1 of 14 and the gears 3 and 5 are not working/useable. My local bike shop can’t help me. Is ur transmission working correctly and what micro position do you have?

And my AXS RD Power is always shown with 100% in the Specialized Display.

AXS battery power monitoring isn’t as precise. I have only ever seen mine in 100% or the “low” warning. Probably a SRAM tech issue.

I can’t find jump statistics in the app ? I got a mastermind TCU Levo , any idea?

Sadly Mission Control is deprecated, being replaced by the Specialized app... Also, it is not a problem charging to full or using till "empty" (not true empty no voltage, but rather whatever Specialized allows by the BMS) is not a probem. It is a problem however leaving full or empty for extended periods.... As for locking, the Specialized App allows auto disable/enable of the motor when the phone leaves or pairs again.

@EMTBReview Deprecated means old and no longer updated. The new Specialized app, named as such is taking over and should be feature complete within about 9mo.

Yeah.. I heard the same from specialized dealer. Specialized App will be normalised and Mission Control will be left behind..

I have no interest in charging my 2023 Specialized Levo SL Gen 2 to only 80% for battery longevity...Maybe if they gave me more than a 320 Wh battery...LOL.
