I ordered my airpix almost 2 years ago and still waiting. They got my money and NO REFUND

I crowd funded 4 of the Airpix over a year ago. I am pretty understanding about the COVID 19 related delays holding up my order. But, it’s unsettling to see advertisements for new orders when a lot of us who have pre-paid for these units haven’t seen delivery. I’d like to see the back orders shipping before they solicited new orders.
