I lay on the edge of my bed with my neck out, hanging my head upside down..while doing this I pinch my eyebrows. This neutralizes the day's gravity on your face. You're welcome every body.

I constantly spray my face with facial mists. I actually make my own with rice water, scoop of vitamin C, glycerin, and Aloe Vera gel. I have these little spray bottles at my desk, in my purse, bedside,. in my car, etc. Constantly just spritzing. It feels wonderful, especially if you leave one in the fridge, on a hot summer day. I have been doing this for years, and I am 58

@@katarinaa351 That's a good question🤗 Not sure. I do use waterproof but who knows? I am a strange one though. LOL I use sunblock for babies (50 SPF) as a makeup base since it is so thick and then when I am all done, I have always used and still do, SPF spray as a make up setting. It gives my face a shiny glow and protects at the same time.

Seriously. I started the Clinique three step 40 years ago. Three minutes twice a day. I used Neutrogena for some years when I couldn’t afford Clinique. It was mostly about doing it consistently. Of course, I think the massaging in of the products is half the benefits. I never needed anything else til in my sixties when I started Retinol. And it’s important to stick with the same, fragrance free products. So many women have skin problems cause they’re switching products every week and always adding new things.

I agree. Even if I can't afford the best skin care one month. I'm putting something on my skin everyday to moisturise it. Id rather something cheaper that I can use regularly, than the expensive stuff that will only cater for a limited amount of time.

My tip is: CHANGE YOUR PILLOWCASE REGULARLY I bought some extra pillow cases and I change it every 2-3 days. It adds to the laundry pile but the benefit is worth it. I get regular facials and chemical peels and invested in good skincare products, and changing the pillow case often supports all of those other efforts.

A 100 % free method to improve the skin's appearance is to go for a brisk walk of at least 30- 40 minutes. In the summer, go early while it's still cool. In the winter, the cold is awesome for blood circulation, but bundle up! The walking increases blood flow. When you get back home your skin will have a beautiful rosy glow. It works for me anyway.😊

Those silicone scrubbers - the ones with super tiny nubs all over. You can get the electric one, or the manual one for like $2 works just as well to make blackheads literally disappear - for the day. They tend to come back in the morning when you face has released oil again, but you've got to wash your face anyway, might as well make blackheads disappear while you're at it. The silicone is so gentle & smooth it won't cause microscratches or remove a whole layer of skin like scrubs do, so you can really go at it with no harm.

I started making a facial scrub with thick organic honey 🍯 & sugar = natural + very low cost 💝 Note: I make it fresh for each treatment - mix in a small bowl; then wash & rinse my face with warm water. Lastly, I use the remainder of the scrub on my hands + arms and moisturize or use an oil afterwards. Enjoy! 🥰

Back in the 70's I started taking steam facials; a pot of hot water and Swiss Kriss herbs, not in pill form. (Swiss Kriss is also an herbal laxative.) And I remember Paul Newman saying that he takes an ice cube and rubs it all over his face to tighten his pores. It works like a dream.

I've been loving these videos lately. Anytime he talks about what we can do ourselves with low or no cost always catches my attention. So I will share my proven secret: Emu oil, castor oil, message and slapping. (Yes, I slap my face and neck in an upward motion after I message for 3-5 minutes) I've noticed by doing this regimine every evening has taken years, wrinkles and sagging off my face. Btw.. I noticed that he recommends everything ive mentioned here in his videos except for the slapping😅 if you have a crappy sagging neck I highly recomend slapping it upwards everyday for at least 3 minutes. Works amazingly!!!!

Love Gua Sha with hemp seed oil before bed! Have to be careful not to overdo it bc the gua comes up so quickly. Often combine it with a facial massage and some exercises. I am on my second tool (crystal quartz) bc I broke the first one on the tiles in my bathroom😪 it was rose quartz which I liked more. Also tried dermaplaning but as you said with a lot of peach fuzz it just feels uncomfortable once they grow back. Now I epilate with a metal spring tool but it's not ideal either ... as for the steam: I used to work in gastronomy a lot and spent hours in front of dishwashers and fryers - the combination of steam and rapeseed oil gave me amazing skin.

Love your channel! I started doing the facial ice baths and I have to say, you will see an immediate change. Skin is tighter, softer and the color more even. It is temporary, but if you do it regularly it really will make a difference. I wonder too if the icy temperature helps to keep the facial fat pads, would make sense no?

Wow!! What a great video and experiment. I love how easy this is to replicate in my own kitchen! Thank you!! I wonder what the dough temp was going into the fridge and what your fridge temp is - because fermentation still happens as the dough cools down, so the warmer it is to start, the longer it will actually be fermenting. However your video was super informational and I truly appreciate you making it. You give me confidence to try shorter Bf times, especially in the summer!!!
