Great tips. My take away is to pay more attention to my chest area. Like you suggested I’m going to bring my moisture and serum right on down to my neck and chest. In addition, put skin screen on that area more often. Child, I can’t have this black cracking😂.

You are true class! All your commentary is spot on for us older women! Once I stopped following some of these crazy makeup and skin trends, my skin has healed and my makeup looks age appropriate. Thanks for the motivation and extra realistic tea for mature ladies❤❤

Definitely have to take care of your neck and hands. They tell your age even if your face still looks tight…Also another thing that ages women is keeping the same hairstyle for decades… Switch up things to look fresh and not stagnant. You can look great in more than one style!

I'll be 52 in November. For the last few months, I started only lining the top of my eye and use a good mascara. It's made a difference. For skin, I recently noticed very dry skin even after putting on lotion; hurt my own feelings! 😂 Regrouped to put on a good lotion and a little oil. Thanks for the tips! Whew! 😂❤

Fantastic advice Angela our skin does change and I do agree with the soap statement although I still have oily skin so the dry skin issue is not universal for everyone.

Very good tips. I got so distracted looking at a colleague with so much eyeliner on. I’m 55 and she’s 58. I stopped using eyeliner a few years ago. I do my best and I use mascara on my top lids. I have lashes that many thought were fake because they are long. As always, TY!

I put sunscreen and others products that help with hydration on back of my hands. If there is any night eye cream left, I p.ace it on my lips and the a lip mask. Reapplying of sunscreen is challenging. Supergoop resetting and Trader Joe's works out nice. Self-love my friends. ❤😊

Not only will we Black girls tan, we will BURN! I learned this when I lived in Hawaii in my youth. Thanks Mrs. Shelle for reminding us to wear sunscreen. ❤💋

Hello and thanks for the skin care tips, I wear very little makeup and I just consider myself blessed to have pretty good skin for my age and I have a daughter that's the same age as you (Yes lol) I still do wear my off the shoulders tops from time to time and I I've never tried using sunscreen but I'm going to pick up some tomorrow 😊 plus I'm happy to know that I can start back using my Dove soap, going to pick that up tomorrow as well, again thank you ❤

If you're using black eyeliner and mascara please switch to brown or black brown, makes all the difference in the world.

Hi Angela, love your videos. Can you make a video for dressing nicely on a rainy day when the temperature is nice outside? I’m at a lost on those days and tend to just throw something on.

It is so true that the wrong moisturizer/foundation combo makes horrible pills. l like Dove for the body and only use a mild facial cleanser on my face to remove makeup. Thanks for these tips. That one on not putting liner under the eyes is a good idea! xoxo
