1. Lying down: choose a flat, hard surface; with or without a hard pillow.
2. Sitting on a chair? 4 x 90 degree angle
3. Use a wall to get your spine familiar with straight-ness.
4. Hang to decompress the sacrum (feet on the ground)
5. Squat--knees in line with toes.
