Great video David, lovely outing for you guys. I stayed at the Chatrium Riverside my very first trip to Thailand, was a great place to relax a few days, get over the jet lag and explore Bangkok. Always mean to go back but love Pattaya too much to spend any real time in Bangkok anymore.

Yes we're a bit spoilt having lovely hotels so close to us. We have stayed at the Chatrium once before, but this was our first stay with dinner included. We love the dim sum on the rooftop, but it's currently closed 🙏🙏

A very nice Hotel and a great location. That food looked amazing

Nong waving and said Hi from the cat while driving. She seems happy. Great hotel deal. 1 Bedroom looked great with river view. WOW what an amazing view from the balcony. Absolutely love Mai Tai. Nong is smiling and very happy after 3 delicious Mai Tai. Love oysters. Her plate looked filled. Surprised to see wonderful fireworks. Absolutely loved Day 1 Waiting patiently for day 1. Still can’t believe you both only get a 2 day holiday per year.

We try to get a few more, but with Mum and Friday we can only take short breaks. For me it's easy, as I live in the place I always go holiday. For Nong, Pattaya is mainly business, but she does like having all the restaurants on her doorstep 🙏🙏

Open goal missed there, David. When Nong Nui said, just Sea Food, you should have said, see food and eat it! Her finished plate looked like a art installations. Beautiful location for the hotel. River view almost was understated. Looks like you both had a great time. Keep up the good work!

Enjoyed that. Hope there is still some sea life left in the Gulf of Thailand after Nong's big dinner!

Lol Warren, we haven't managed a video for this week as yet as she has been under the weather. Went for a seafood buffet and she ate nearly nothing, then spent all of Sunday in bed sleeping. Hope we can get out one night through the week 🙏🙏

@@DavidAndNong got a great deal for a month stay , in hotel same place when I visited in October 15000tb then have time to look condos and get my visa sorted by agent. Hopefully they can do it as I hear have to show immigration condo lease agreement but don’t have one yet ? Surely the TM30 shoeing my stay is sufficient in hotel .. not sure if you know . I just don’t want any doubts or hassle as you can imagine. Sorry to go on .. best wishes

I think the TM 30 will have to be you're intended long term stay, not a hotel. Your agent should keep you right with this though 🙏🙏

Yes fairly close to Icon Siam and the hotel had a regular free boat. Not too far from Shangri-la 🙏🙏

Must have been a disappointment for your wife David because I did not see an alive octopus. 😂😂😂 Nice hotel but quite expensive. Although, with the free sea food.........

I have a friend who would love to visit Thailand but is a celiac and I said that I did not think he would find that Thai restaurants would not be able to cater from him was I right or do you know if they could provide celiac food?

I'm sure they could, most places are happy to try and oblige. I would probably recommend he gets something written in Thai though, as trying to explain to each server would be a nightmare 🙏🙏

First off thanks for joining in. One of the reasons people move to Thailand is to get away from people criticising words you use. I am in no way Homophobic ...it is called humour.
