मैं morning me 3:45am me easy jag जाता हूँ and daily नींबु पानी पीता हूँ गर्म तुरंत toilet 🚽 fir exercise 20 min का फिर brush फिर स्नान करके 20min का Meditation फिर अभी bhagwat गीता padhna शुरू किया हूँ पहले ऐसा बिल्कुल नहीं था कई chije chhut भी जाते थे But अब नहीं और मेरे life me एन चीजों से Productivity 100x हुआ है मुझे मेरा हर waqt पता रहता है कि अब क्या करना है mind pe bhi बहुत focus रहता है distract नहीं होता हूँ and thanks मेरा KZread Channel monatize हो गया 😊 28 Sep को ही

When we create + affirmation in morning as we awoke up from bed it fill give you + feeling through the day .and same affirmation at night it give you peace full feeling of mind .for example 1. I get success in every steps or actions of my life.2 my mind is stable when I am in any situations or with people 3.i love myself and whatever I have now and give thank you to God or nature or universe for giving me such a beautiful and blissful live and relationships of family and friends etc you can create any kind of + thoughts that you want to become.nowadays this is making my life peaceful.thank you 🙂☺️

I never use Alarm or Snooze to get up in the morning....Now habituated to get up before 4.30am everyday.. I follow all your teachings regularly. 1st positive affirmation, 2nd - Visualization & Manifestation, 3rd-Meditation and then i go for walk listening spiritual songs or mantras. Mostly HARE KRISHNA HARE RAM... Still i am in rush till reach out in office. From today onwards I will take care of that, Thank you very much sir.

Hello Amit, Thank you for sharing such a beautiful content. I mostly follow what you said in this video. The change is I connect deeply with universe so I tell Universe to wake me up and I wake up at exactly 5-7 mins earlier than that, without any alarm. One more ritual I have, when I sip coffee approx after 40 mins of getting up, I listen to affirmations because I believe our mind n body is in a more receptive mode when we eat or drink. This habit has helped me alot.😊

Some of the habits are align with my morning routine as per instructions given by sir. 1 I never use phone in between 1st hour after getting up. ✌️ 2) I never consume tea or coffee between 1st hour after getting up. ✌️ 3) I never read newspaper between 1st hour after getting up. ✌️ 4) I was snoozing alarm many time in the morning and i recitified this habit from now. ✌️ 5) I was late almost 4 days in a week and rectified that habit from now.✌️
I am very happy that aapne jo v bataya wo m 1 month s kr rii hu ...and m morning m meditation,gratitude krti hu aur self love letter likha h wo padhti hu ..it is very powerful
