Lakin abhi career switch kise field main kru eske lye confusion hai. A.I araha hai job market hila dya hai or kush mujhe apne mind ko concentrate krne main bhot issue araha hai. Its a short cut and apply it worrior in our beautiful life, 10pgs a day or 30mins audiobook 5.upgrading your skills like learning spritual and meditation thing.communication skill and time management. 6.healthy eating, avoiding junk food 🍲. 7.drinking 5-6l of water a day. 8.limited social life. 9.being with growth mindset people. 10.practise gratitude for every 5 things. 11.last not least taking quality sleep and of proper amount 10pm to 4am

1. Meditation 2.Goal setting to achieve by end of year. Break into monthly, then daily goals. You should have daily list of action to achieve final goal. 3. Daily physical activity - 15 to 60 mins. 4. Read daily - minimum 10 pages or 30 mins of audio book. Bonus: make handwritten notes of main points for revision. 5. Upgrade skill - bonus if existing skill is upgraded and used. 6. Eat and Drink healthy - 3-4 litres water and NO JUNK FOOD. 7. Limit SOCIAL MEDIA - ONLY Conscious scrolling. Only for educational purpose. 8. Limit meeting with goal less not so important friends. 9. Express gratitude - 5 points daily in writing. 10. Sleep - 6 to 8 hours minimum
