I’ve been flowing for 3 years and the biggest benefit for me has been outrageous confidence, in 2 ways. First, I’ve always been athletic and fit but ropeflow has given me the most agility and coordination I’ve ever experienced. Second, I’m convinced if you can learn to coordinate your hands, feet and rope seamlessly- you can learn ANY physical skill, sport or instrument.

As a Filipino Martial Arts enthusiast for over 25 years, discovering Rope Flow was such a joy! Thanks Tim for helping to teach that joy!

I wear a sleep tracker called an Oura Ring and every morning I get a run down on my sleep quality. Since I started Rope Flow a few months ago my Heart Rate Variability has steadily increased!

I'm 5-6 weeks into rope flow. Love doing it. I'm finally able to use it for a hard workout and I'll fidget when I'm recovering the next couple days. I'm 57. I do think it's helped my coordination. Dragon roll is mentally therapeutic.

Rope flow has given me thoracic rotation, among many other things, which I had almost none. Of course not being able to rotate your t spine is an absolute catastrophe. So I am for ever grateful to everyone involved in turning me onto rope flow. Especially you Tim, it has truly changed my life.

@@Tims_Gym out in the peak yes, but I'll be true, I'm not a swimmer at the moment! Woodland got me big time! The rivers and pools flowing down kinder would entice me though! 🌳👌✨

I'm going to be blunt, I clicked on the video due to the pretty female in the video thumbnail. But hey, the content of the video is pretty neat and interesting too!
