Business advice can come from all kinds of different sources. Sometimes, the simplest piece of advice can trigger profound business transformations. In this video, I share 5 aha moments from high growth business owners that we can all learn from, and just might make a difference in your business.
You see, in preparation for every coaching session, I ask my clients to send me in advance one thing they've learned in the previous week. It might be something they've learned from a book or maybe just something that they've observed through living life.
This second category is something we call "Blinding Flashes of the Obvious”. They're those "lightbulb" or aha moments. It's usually something small or obvious, but it provides just the spark they need to get moving.
I’ll share 5 of those from a couple of clients with you here. Hopefully their business advice can spark some business transformations for you.
Some (or even ALL) of these aha moments may seem obvious. But there’s a difference between knowing something and KNOWING something.
Business transformations will often happen when you can take something that seems obvious, and use it to drive your business forward. I hope these pieces of business advice do that for you.
