I watched this live and let me just say that I was incredibly impressed with how well you kept your nerves. Yes you were shakey and nervous, but you powered through, and almost got a ridiculous time. So impressed, I know I would've fucking crumpled. Next one will be better and you'll be more accustomed to the pressure, sub 7 next for sure peepoHappy

The pearl hang choke was certainly interesting, but even without that, as well as a better dragon, this was probably around a 6:30; that's still a crazy time, but considering the nerves clearly seen in the run, even if this wasn't wr potential, there still needs to be more practice with deep paces, therefore less nerves and better overall play, such as not having the pearl hang incident happen again.

@@Mew_Tea nofear has arguably been on the most fast pace runs of anyone, and he said he was incredibly nervous in the end as well for his WR run though. Realistically most sub 10 runners have the potential to get a top 5 run if they play enough and get the right seed

you will get the credit you deserve, unlucky at the end but still insane

Watching this (and other recent runs), but not running myself, makes me wonder what the odds are of getting a run at each stage (treasure, into nether, to fortress, out of nether, to stronghold, to perch, etc). So many good runners running through so many seeds constantly... Does the WR basically come down now to getting a lucky seed then converting a zero cycle?

Most top runners can get like 10 ish nether enters per hour, and each one is maybe 50 resets, then its hard to quantify bastions but maybe one in 15 nethers is a fastion, then most bastions can be completed fast but maybe 1 in 5 forts are close, then there's blaze spawn rates and drop rates, in this run it was 1 in 32, then whether you have 20 obby or possible home portal, no eye breaks (in this case it would have been fine) then good terrain to the coords, odds for 2 portal eyes are 34%, and then zeroable end. So a lot of variables lol

Yes, i've tried 9 instances and my RPS (resets per second in Julti benchmark) goes down dramatically (from ~8 down to ~6) so it's just not worth it

chunk loading pausing isn't retimed but i think in general it's just better to go so your brain isn't focusing on the fact that it is insane pace, would make alot of runners more nervous

The pearl hang obvs, then the OW pearl throw was abit iffy, and the stronghold could of been more linear. But the way it was played it was incredible. This is the best run/seed since crookst last vid
