That’s what I was thinking, like it’s Mr. HandPay , you do know there’s a camera right ! This session made them look very bad to do a player who spends that amount of money a hand and brings in that amount of publicity, you’d think that since she obviously made the mistake that they would make it right ! I mean who has 6 grand to lose because she messed up ! But let’s turn it around , say he didn’t make any hand gesture but she pulled a card out anyway 🤔 what do we do with this card now !!!!!

Whenever things that shouldn't happen in the casino do happen, I have a rule: Get out. Call for a new shoe (shuffle). That dealer was sloppy and I'm not sure if it wasn't by design.

I hate that so much. “Can’t back up the cards” what do you mean…that was your card! They’d rather burn all the hands on the table than just give you the card. I won’t play any of the hands when that happens, I take it all back and move on. I feel like those hands are cursed lol.

On the hand, you are talking about here. The same amount of cards would have come out had they moved over the 3. At the end of the hand, he would have had 17 17 and busted hitting 16. The dealer would have still pulled the same face card.

Facts

The cancelled hand was a double error. Floor supervisor said they could not back up the cards. There would not have been a backup situation since the card in question under the shoe was NOT EXPOSED AND was the card intended for the hand that was an oversight. CASINO B.S.

He was beating them , everytime a dealer screw up the cards never go back into your favor and also when they switch dealers is some bs they should not be allowed to changed during a shoe

The rules suck and the dealers are amateur there. That mistake with splitting 8s didn’t hurt you. In fact, they saved you one hand by letting you pull out.

You do need a little yellow flag to throw onto the table, but you never flinch or falter Bud, you just beat these Casinos into the ground day after day. Have to throw them a bone every now and then so they think they might eventually get their money back. Good idea. We DIG IT BABY!!!

It's hard to film and count. Not because there's too much going on but what you can't see off camera. There is literally a supervisor or even a pit boss standing there watching the action counting the cards themselves to make sure Jason isn't also counting. If they thought he was counting they'd bounce him real quick.

What a cluster that hand where the dealer blew past your hit signal. How often do you see stuff like that when you play? That would be enough for me to rage quit session (because it changes everything)

I used to count cards. In 1992 after a 15 year absence, I started play at Four Queens Las Vegas and any time I bet more than the minimum bet of $5, they shuffled up. After 10 minutes, the pit boss relieved the dealer, telling him to go to the dealers break room for a certain dealer. After a 7 minute wait with no one playing any hands, this slicked back dude showed up who could make cards DANCE. I had to laugh and silently compliment their gambler recognition program

I've had that happen to me, but fortunately, recognized this dealer and someone I could never win against. As soon as he started dealing, I lost 5 hands in a row, and eventually just got up and left. I believe this dealer was a card mechanic, specially employed by the casino to make extra money for the casino, and recoup any losses they had.

That was a gross error on the dealer's part. I never seen a error that bad. It could've been easily corrected by the casino, but apparently that's the rules they play by. Best to walk out if they can't, or won't correct a simple mistake. Yet it's possible too a casino can easily pull a deliberate mistake like that to try to upset you, and disrupt the flow of the game if you're winning. I wouldn't trust that casino and would never go back there.

I play high limit blackjack on the east coast in multiple casinos they never back up cards they always give you the option to play each hand or take your bet back what you are supposed to do is request a new shoe when that happens

Dealer mistakes have helped me several times. And that’s a rule you can’t back up cards I’ve seen that exact scenario happen a bunch of times and the pitboss did the right thing by playing the hand out and giving you the option not to play. But usually they shuffle directly after the mistake.

I assume dealer made a mistake with the split 8s because you play fast even with multiple hands and sometimes you don’t give the hand signal to stay on the first hand but hit on the 2nd hand. Now usually that first hand is an obvious stay like a 19 or 20 so no need for a hand signal to stay as it should be obvious to dealer you are staying on that hand. Dealer just moved too fast that particular hand but with your playing style you do hit a 14 vs 8, if dealer had a 6 showing you would obviously stay. She just moved too fast that hand but other than that wasn’t too bad

Ok THE SUIT should have went to the EYE in the SKY!! Then they would have seen what happened! As you know! The eye is too make sure the PLAY-PAYOUT-are done correctly? ALSO YOU would NEVER STAY on that Hand PERIOD!! The 3 should have been put on that hand! 14 ! I know you like to praise the staff but they dropped the ball on that one!! Actually, it did NOT change the shoe. If you follow the order of the cards at that point, they would have been the same had that 3 been given to the 14 hand. He would have stayed on that 17, the next card (the 9) would have been on the 2nd 8 to make another 17. So the error did not change the cards at all.

24:13 Funny enough, would have been the same results and number of cards if there wasn't that error. The 3 goes on your 14, total 17, stand. 9 on your 8, total 17 stand. Everything else plays out the same. And you pulled back 1 of your bets, so lost the same too, since you doubled the 11 (always double your 11s!)

So obvious you were hitting the first hand. You didn’t give the signal to stay on the first one. And second why would you do the signal to hit the second one they automatically will give you the card for that one. And third they have been dealing to you so they know how you play. You never would stay on that. And 4th if they weren’t for sure hey could have just asked before giving you the card on the second hand.

Am I mistaken but at 10:30 when you hit the blackjack, he didn’t pay you 3 to 2 but he did with his tip bet. Nvm I triple checked and the dealer had the right amount of chips but it was stacked in the way you can’t tell

Most logical reason they didn't want to roll the card back is for the camera recording. The recording may be a continuous run and if the dealer moves the card back its a "cheat".

Big mistake by the dealer hitting the wrong hand. But the error at least didn't change the cards at all. The 3 would have given you a 17 on the first split 8, which you would have stood on. The next card from the shoe was a 9, which would have given you another 17, standing again. So the shoe was not affected at all by the error.
