I can’t believe how some people just completely trash other people’s property. I am also a renter, but I could never leave my home in disrepair like that. I fix things myself (with my landlord’s permission, unless it’s beyond my capabilities). I’m sorry you have to put up with this. I hope everything works out.

I love renters like you,I rarely had someone like you. Thank you,I learned that I have to push forward and do the hard work,it made mentally stronger.

It's hard to find good tenants that will treat a rented property like it's their own. That's one of the reasons we hesitate to rent out our property. There are worse stories out there about tenants from hell. You're so patient and I hope you get better tenants next time.
