Looks great! But why are you getting under 30 fps? I'm running a modified LS4 list in 4k res with 4k+ parallax textures across the board, a tuned up higher version of Cabbage ENB, and I get above 50 FPS in all areas using the same hardware. This list is sucking too much FPS without any overall gain in visuals.

my problem with most of these graphics mods is that they completely change the style/tone of a game. real studios have designers for a reason, modders often just go for technically impressive effects without caring about the og look and feel of a game. skyrim is rough & cold, exactly how you'd imagine a medieval nordic world, this looks way too colorful and smooth.

I play nolvus which has ~2k mods and it looks pretty similar, I have a 3080 and a 5800X3D and I play at a locked 60fps I dont play with fake raytracing though, so I'm sure that would be a decent hit
still it doesn't look good
1300 mods is so inefficient
It's still look so terrible, it's laughable. The lightning is poor, and the animations are attrocious, so no matter what HD texture you put in Skyrim, it still looks awful.

Finally, someone who acknowledges this. For it to work, every asset would need to be remade from scratch with exquisite detail/poly counts/parallax textures. Then terrain quality, texture blending, 3D water, path tracing and animations that take into account the environment so they don’t clip/float. Not impossible but unlikely.
