I read to this. My brain is such a jumble i wouldnt be able to focus without it. I try to share these with others as much as possible because people have to know! Ive got a bunch of reading disabilities and it has made a huge difference in my comprehension and length of reading time.

I use it to focus on my writing. It's perfect. I used to listen to it while studying for exams, too.

This is the best rain in the jungle- video so far. No flute, no drum, no weird lion/dinosaur-roaring. Just rain in the jungle. Sometimes that's all you need.

These videos are the closest thing I can get to actually being out in the rainforest again, I love them! A hammock, soft rain on the tarp, the nearby creek gurgling softly, smoke from the campfire and the birdsong and bugs calling as the sunlight faded. Nothing else quite beats falling asleep to that.

Woke up to this one playing. Still half asleep I said to myself.. good.. it's raining, going back to sleep. The best rainfall yet.

India is a horrible place even for natives and for my bestie who can't escape it, she gets sick so often and her dad and sister died and is under constant control and hassle from family and boys

i reckon if everyone in the world listened to this, the world would be a better place afterwards. i suffer from borderline personality disorder and can be very violent and stressed and upset all at once and it’s a very overwhelming feeling; listening to this and going to sleep actually helps and i’m so thankful people can post these and not add one advert in it. thank you, and to everyone reading this, have a good and proper sleep 💗

It is all I listen to. Nothing like the sound of the wind in the trees rustling the leaves, or like this the rain falling, or waves breaking on the shore. There is nothing to beat it. No music will ever sound as sweet.

I grew up in a very poor family and our house had a wooden ceiling about an inch thick with insulation on it. For a solid 14 years, I have slept on the couch peacefully whenever it was rainy. Now realizing how much I missed that stinky old house while playing this video in my flat.

Listening to this beautiful rain always helps me to feel more grounded and during a heat wave I am better equipped to handle that particular stress on my body/mind.

As someone who grew up for 17 years in a tropical country, this really reminds me of those memories! Thank you!

i wonder why people dislike these kinds of videos, is the title not enough to portray this experience?

there is nothing like the sound of nature, great display of rain & greenery.

We are the universe for many living beings, no matter the size. Keep fighting for what makes you happy. In the end only you will know where to begin. Don't be afraid to start over or fail. Failure is not the end, failure is the pathway that shows us where to improve on for next time. You are an amazing person all you have to do now is believe it, and move on, living life in a way that makes YOU happy. Do things you can be proud of, with no regrets or wishes left behind.

When its raining, its okay to sleep instead of study.

the clarity in the sound is absolutely remarkable. It will seem as you are right there.

The rain sounds so unique as you can hear how it falls on different plants, almost a crackling noise. Has such a depth to it, and I can hear so well when the rain increases and subsides. I can just picture myself lying under a tarpaulin and letting the beautiful setting envelope me with sight, sound and texture. Outstanding video to cleanse the mind and inspire the soul. Down right relaxing, love it for sure! >^..^< :)

if you have depression its from the bad food you eat. stop eating heavy meats, stick to lean meats, with plant based for the most part. Fruit & Vegetables, lean meats like fish, grilled chicken (not fried), or eggs. When You eat meat, You take on the DNA of the suffering that animal went through.

This is brilliant. I like the bit where three smaller drops are followed by 5 larger drops, sounding as if they are about 3 meters away, sadly I've forgotten the time stamp (I'll update everyone when I find it). If someone had told me 10 years ago that I would one day review a three hour long rain video, I would have told them "Nuts! Not!" But here I am. As opposed to many other "rain videos" on KZread this one is particularly great because you hear each drop well recorded (using good recording gear), and you feel as if you are actually there. Hint: if you use this video to fall asleep, make sure to right click on the video and click "Loop". Otherwise you might end up (like me, the first time) with a next video being a 10 hour long roaring river/waterfall.

Very soothing and relaxing

I rather like this video quite a lot. I'll put it on full screen on one monitor and let it run while I'm on the other monitor writing. I saw that you had another video called Light Rain and Thunder. These are my favorites out of this genre, and the fact that you don't use a static image makes it just so much better. Something about having actual video (and that video being the source of the audio, not audio added/mixed over) is very gratifying.

@@troywright359 There may be overlays in audio, which is natural when you actually film areas and take multiple shots. But the audio is certainly from location mate, the white-noise crap you talk about that sounds like frying chicken is other channels, not this.

The delightful audio is GENIUS!!! So relaxing!

This is healing and restoring to my mind just as the slumber restores my body.

Playing this right now in my apartment in Santa Barbara where it's so dry. Makes me feel like it's raining!

Love listening to this rain sounds when I want to relax and fall asleep. The natural and soothing sounds help me drift off into a peaceful slumber. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a calm and calming environment

This reminds me of Jurassic Park, all the nice sounds from areas that humans barely touch.

One of my favourite

I have lived my childhood near a tropical rain forest. We had rain almost everyday. I felt relaxed everyday there. Then I had to move to an urban area because life was hard there. Rain is not frequent here and now I miss rain terribly.

I love playing Tropical Rain and Light Rain/Thunder together because it creates the sound of an approaching summer storm~ I can almost feel the humid air of sitting on the porch, watching the birds pluck up the worms in the rain. Listening to the thunder making its way over while putting dinner on the table, and just soaking it in through the windows and doors.

This is perfectly lovely. On an unbearably hot mid western Canadian summer day, I play it all day - oi, maybe Im nuts.

Here’s a story…… Imagine yourself lost in a tropical forest… it’s raining and muddy and quiet…you wonder around exploring till you see this cabin… there’s a bed in it with two windows and a desk. You close your door and relaxing while hearing the peace ness of the raining…then the next morning, you wake up to birds chirping but still raining…you decide to spend the day in the cabin listening to music in the same time of tropical rain forest (you had your phone and charger) you'd scroll threw social media enjoying the life time…then you get up, looking outside the window smiling. You'd slowly move back and slowly sit on your bed and lay back and relax………… just hearing the peaceful tropical sound with bird chirping……

The rain was still falling which made me have to cancel my plans to go out with some friends but I’m kinda happy I never get to stay inside and just relax lately things had been rough it was my first year In college so everything was a little chaotic but today I wasn’t gonna think about that,I gathered up some of my fluffiest pillows and blankets and set them by a window on my coach and jumped in the hurdle of comfort and slowly drifted of to sleep while listening to the soft latter of the rain

tropical rain is the best rain ever... u can feel the rain drop on the leave.... its not that cold... u can feel the warm wind .. i live in malaysia..malaysia has the highest average rain drops.. :)
