This town, Hiyoshi, is in the southwestern part of Ehime Prefecture, Japan.
It was once a major transportation hub, and the shopping street that crisscrosses the center of town was very busy.
The building built about 90 years ago remains in the shopping district, giving you a sense of the history of this town.
