Nara used to be a Japanese capital until before Kyoto took over the title in 794.
There are still many historic buildings and tombs throughout the city.
You will see many deers in this drive around Nara park.
Deers have been protected as messengers of the god in Nara from a long time ago.

    This is a fun drive here- & esp giving that it's in Japan's 1st Capitol city. PS, the people of Nara sure love deer!

    奈良公園は広大でセントラルパークやハイドパークよりも広いそうです。そこに道路があろうが旅館や飲食店があっても鹿と緑があれば奈良公園内という事でしょうか? そして奈良の特色は歩いている人より車が多い。行くと必ず渋滞にハマる。そして他の地域と比べて自転車が少ない。免許の取れる年齢になったら自転車を降りて自動車へと変わるのでしょうか?　・・・アメリカンですね。

    終始とても良いコースだと思います。変わってしまったところは沢山ありますが昔、彼女と歩いた道もそのままに残っています。またいつか思い出巡り歩きたいです。
