Holy crap... That hook length is absolutely crazy, almost a small truck size :P

Yes but it's impossible to unload the truck if it wasn't that long.

@@erik.... No it's not... I watched a Russian tipper BDF Truck Video which has much bigger Meiller dump both on truck and trailer, and it has a standard size hook.. Drivers use exactly the same method to unload it without no problem :) I think this is about truck length and weight rules in different countries ;)

Wow the trailer arm long here in Ireland alot shorter than that and no problem tipping load
How many T ?
I have a question,..do those dump trailers have an automatic control that raise the first and third axel/wheels when the trailer is empty, or is that controlled by the driver/operator? I must say I am impressed at how easily those drivers can reverse the trailer to the tipping area,..and then position the empty trailer so the truck may tip it's load too!

The lifting and the raising of the axles are operated by the driver.

Schön praktisch zum abkoppeln,nur im Straßenverkehr (Ortschaften) usw ... durch die Länge nicht so einfach zum fahren.
