4K Lofoten Islands Scenic Drive | Å - Sandbotnen Bay - Rystad
Lofoten Islands are an archipelago in Nordland, Norway.
The islands have an intricate topography with numerous mountains and fiords heavily carved by glaciers.
The drive begins at Å, located at the south end of the islands, and heads to Rystad in Austvågøy.
We visit Reinebringen and Sandbotnen Bay (The bay in the thumbnail) on the way to Rystad.
The route in the opposite direction will be posted sometime later.

In winter season this drive is breath taking view of snow and mountain please drive again this route in winter

Imagine how it was before all those tunnels and bridges and paved roads (and cameras) - and by rainy or snowy weather... By now, you can quietly sit on your sofa and watch the scenery home... much cheaper, much less trouble.
