Loved hearing Yanis expressing his thanks in French when he is not constrained by having to cross over to English.
I think your dad is amazing and i think he encourages us all to stay motivated and do as much for ourselves as possible.
Billy, your enthusiasm is what keeps us eager to watch your videos daily. It helps me to never stop and keep moving forward.

I agree about Mom and Dad interview. Plus, Simon, for sure! And Michael, Gwen, Sadie, the whole family! Alex could interview you, Billy, too. This feature could be called “The Petherick Interview”. Based on the numbers of viewers of Yanis’ views, I think this series would be a smash hit! It could be a weekly or monthly feature. Questions would be generated by your viewers.

I'd love to know a little more of Rick's story. ❤️ You guys all work so hard, it's inspiring. Let's all crack on.
I will have to find a picture of that 200+ year old wisteria vine by where I grew up. Kudos to saving the vines and making them part of the architecture. Kudos to Yanis. Our support is with you always. Kudos to everyone else for sticking with Billy's vision and putting in the hardwork!
Yanis at his happiest - Mr Demolition man 😊
Billy, don't take the wisteria any higher than you can easily handle with a ladder on a regular basis. There is an expression "don't make a rod for your own back". Meaning now is the time to think about the maintenance of the wisteria moving forward. Just a tip from an old gardener. xxg Brisbane Australia
Simply put a security camera pointing down hallway. Get sheets of printer paper & put a sheet in between each closed door & it’s jamb. If paper is found on floor… the suspense thickens

Too many fun things in this video. First loving that Yanis gets to do his demo again, he seems so happy with that and number two the googly eyes with what looks like crack on as it's mouth so it's like the lift is saying crack on. So fun!
Wisteria sinensis grows in an anticlockwise direction and Wisteria floribunda grows in a clockwise direction. Wisteria plants have incredibly strong and woody stems and, in time, the trunks can become as thick as small tree trunks - it's not a climbing plant for a delicate trellis.
The wisteria blooming after a short time means it likes where it lives ❤❤
Loved the video today! Lot's of fun! As always greetings from the middle of the USA........hot & humid here!🌞 Mick is 3 years older than myself and I love how young he still appears to be. He jumped right up in the back of the truck. I do think our generation is maybe the new 50!!! 😂 I still do all the lawn care, (mowing & trimming the shrubs) the snow shoveling, (in Winter) and I play golf and ride my bicycle so I'm trying to keep up with Mick.
Billy, keep having your Dad doing his intro’s. Love hearing from your master mentor!
The wisteria winds itself around everything very close to the drain pipe. It is like a toddler for ever chasing after it. Beautiful in flower it grows while you are looking at it. So you really need to keep after it .☘☘☘☘
I wouldn't mind seeing the town as you drive around and be our tour guide for an episode.
This is my favorite channel, it started with Michael, and now we are watching everyday Billy’s channel, the best of all. Billy., you are an amazing guy surrounded by the best family and friends, thank you ❤️
Love how you just shrugged off the replacement of the address placards, Billy! There's nothing wrong with the old ones. Maybe the town thought since you're sprucing up the rest of the convent they'd help out with new signage. Just a thought. Yanis you are adorable and destructive in the best kind of ways! And, Mick, I'm only 69 and I couldn't manage that truck bed as nimbly as you did! Rick, you are a beast at getting things done! Cheers, guys! Oh, and Alex, we need to call you 'steady-cam Alex' for your amazing ability to keep us from getting nauseated while watching all the movement! 🍺
We grew Wistera and after a few years it grew so much and we had to cut it back so frequently, we took to calling it “ Hysteria”.
Totally agree with you Billy the origional numbers are the best x
So nice to have Rick, Dad, and Yannis working together
You have zink gutters and there are owls where you live, owls do fly at night, so that first sound is like an owl or other bird landing. Sounds at night sound very loud. I would put the machine everywhere it is interesting to hear what sounds are about. What would be nice is if you put it in a room the day before demo day and then again the same night to hear how the building sets itself after the demolishing part. Don't change the enamel house numbers, they will regret asking that in a couple of years, all towns who changed them up regretted it. If you really must put them up, add them next to to postbox or at that height but keep the enamel ones on top.

Yeah, since it’s just 2 bangs it could when it takes off and then when it returns ☺️
Seeing this building come back to life is absolutely amazing! It will be so wonderful to see the whole thing come into completion, but getting to see the process makes it all the more fantastic. If only the walls could talk! It would be so interesting to know what role the convent played during the First and Second World Wars. The way everyone works together is truly so beautiful. Thank you for sharing and know that you all are in our prayers always! Blessings from the USA
You will need to keep an eye on the wisteria. It could take over everything if you don't. You'll need to trim it back often once it's established. But it will be beautiful.
Billy, put a post at the front of the car park with the plastic number plates on them. that way the postman can see them from the street and knows these addresses are inside the car park
The city probably wants you to change the numbers to the bright blue so that they are more visible for emergency vehicles if needed. You can always order some metal ones in the same color.
@NWPARetiree
17 күн бұрын
Doesn’t the mayor’s letter give specifics for where to mount the new numbers? I agree it is likely they are for emergency services. That would mean they need to be at a height where they would be highlighted by vehicle lights at night. Perhaps on a post near the door? The originals have a nice patina and should stay where they are. My opinion, for what that is worth, 😆
You did great Billy on the sponsor install..😊 great for coffee..

I love seeing all of the progress, even in just the wisteria growing. Also thank you for adding the googly eyes 👀. Everything is better with googly eyes!!

Excellent episode! Wonderful content, and so very much variety! 😊 Thank you all! Be well, stay safe all.💜🥰👍
Billy, I never realized how you sigh until Ernest was doing it.😂. Now I giggle every time you do it.😂
Yanis doing he's favourite job demolishing. Your dad is amazing ❤
At least these guys don't get board! Day to day never know what is next. Love it!
I trim my wisteria as it needs it every spring. It encouraged it to grow the way you want it. It also encouraged flowers.
Billy, I think the signs are fluorescent. When someone or emergency services are trying to find an address, they can pick up the street number by it standing out at night. I'm just surprised they allow it to be so high when much lower would make sense. They do this here in NS rural parts so they light up when your vehicle goes by.

You could shine a flashlight on one from a distance to verify. Although wont the lettering have a gritty feel if they are reflective?
Old letteriing lasted this long - tells you something they don't make them like they used too! You guys on that side of pond teach us that daily. Newer isn't always better!
Love the progress. Wisteria will tear apart your walls. Planting any kind of vines next to a building is creating a big headache and future damage to the building. Ask anyone who has planted it next to their house.
Original numbers are beautiful. Totally agree with Billie's choice.
Those sounds are like the ones we sometimes hear. We have a beam in the basement which has cracks. I suspect it is the building settling.
Wisteria sinensis grows in an anticlockwise direction and Wisteria floribunda grows in a clockwise direction the trunks can grow to the size of small tree trunks . Regards from Liverpool

Billy! Whatever you do keep that wisteria away from those downspouts! They will twist around them and bend or break the pipes! They can become very pretty and just as destructive! Have you thought of climbing roses instead?
Waterdrop- Layla approved. I love it; very cute 🥰
It's nice that you have some demolition jobs to intersperse between the ones that require expensive supplies so that you can spread out the costs. It's looking great!
Please, try to get one or two of the former nuns to visit the convent. It would be nice to hear what they think of the changes you made to the building.

Loving the new water filter system Billy
Weird! Intriguing! Suspense! ❤
Dad loves thinking things through for efficiency!
Hmmm, one shovel at a time! 😳. The plastic post signs won’t stick to the stone…we had to change our signs, too, to color co-ordinate each county for the fire department. They were metal signs on metal fence posts that will last. Perfect job dumping all that ceiling in the dumpster! Spooky….that is crazy the noises you picked up! And the doors??!! 😳. Creepy and intriguing! Love from Pennsylvania, USA 💕🐻🌷
You are more than welcome, Yanis
I prefer the old signs. Try & keep them.
Some spirit is “cracking on!” For you! Those bangs 😁 As old as the place is, you just let the spirits be. Lots of history in that place and even before it was built what other buildings or places were there? Who knows. Sometimes the “land” has spirits on it. Haunting is an evil thing and this isn’t evil. Spirits don’t go to the other side because of fear, insecurity, undone things in their lives. Not such a bad thing 😊
Love the transformation and admire the creativity and hard work 🙌
I just noticed how Billy sighed when he was putting up the new sign. Just like his little Ernest sighed in the recent video, it's so funny😁
I’m so happy that you have provided a link for by me a coffee for Yannis This will be so beneficial to help with his future plans Thank you Billy
Things are moving along nicely, love the new Waterdrop. Something is making that noise, its the spirits, they are restless. Love all the wood in library, it will look beautiful once its all done, thanks for sharing, enjoy your day.
The water filter is great, Lela loves it! Great vlog with a bit of everything today Billy. Great work team xxx💕💕💕
Clever idea putting the blocks of wood under the dump truck. Smart.
Sorry Billy but I had to chuckle as you wired up the wisteria, there, still clinging to the building were pieces of old dried up ivy vine that you all labored so hard to remove. 😂 In southern climates here in USA that vine will take over whole villages, lol. It does flower beautifully tho, and should attract a wonderful amount of bees to help pollinate your gardens!
Growing up in Arkansas (USA) we had an old wisteria that my grandpa moved with his backhoe because it was HUGE! The trunk was as big as a medium sized tree. It grew over & around our deck on the second story. One of my favorite plants. And I love greens & purples together 💕
My parent's house had gorgeous Wisteria growing up to the eves. Once a year it needed to be trimmed. It's important to do the little things.
I love that we're listening
You are most welcome Yanis. We are all just walking each other home. ☺
The eyes are such a fun idea. Love them, the lifter is such an indispensable part of the construction.
I agree! Enamel signs are better!!!❤
I’m with you - Team Wisteria!! But learn from me and do not let it grow between the wall and the downspout. The trunk on mine is easily 10” in diameter now and it would do damage to your pipe.
Just wanted to say I think you are a wonderful person, Billy😊 your whole family is ❤
Yes glad you are keeping the old number 4. Made to well to remove. The new water system the water should taste much better. Love you guys you all work so hard 😘 take care from Michigan 🌈🌺 💕
Yannis doing his favourite job today 😊
Love the Yannis cam!
Hi, just a suggestion to think about. Maybe put in corner seats in the library if you have enough room. little seating cubbies.
Full shivers. To me, the first big chunk of debris hitting the truck, sounded exactly like the loudest knock recorded last night. 😮
I find it very interesting that you are able to record these sounds when no one is there. Keep recording you just never know what you will hear.
Wistoria grows wild and very hard to get rid of. Dont need vines on the house
The Wisteria is growing so well it will be so beautiful and it’s so amazing it is already blooming !
Thank you guys.
If it's got a sticky back, just stick them over the original signs. The blue stands out more then the older sign.
I'm so glad that you kept the old house numbers ...
Billy, your appearance has changed quite a bit in the past few months. I hope you are feeling better. I recently released 100 pounds and I feel so much better. Stay healthy and happy for yourself and your family.
I think the door - possibly a cupboard or access door right next to Billy at the start of the video is the noise maker. A quick change in air pressure due to a wind gust or something would cause it to slam
I recommend putting the new signs up-even though they are plastic. They are more visible than the old ones-especially in case of a fire. I also recommend taking the old enameled signs, framing each one, and putting it inside the portion of the convent that it represents. This will keep the town mayor happy and allow you to preserve the old signs.
Put up a pergola with wisteria on it in the the grass next to the garage. It will look nice and you will have a nice place to have your coffee breaks at 😊 If you have wires at the top with wisteria you’ll have a really comfortable sun shade.
Hi Billy, i think the reason the town wants you to chang the signs is for emergency workers can find you easier. Love your videos ❤
The second sound was different, as if it hit wood, not medal ! Mick is such an example of keeping active and living longer ! Of course you have Yanis who is a work machine ! Glad Rick is helping also !
Love that you do Actually read the comments that's pretty cool.❤
Ceiling demolition is so hard on arms and shoulders. My husband did it here in the states on schools. He ended up purchasing impact wrenches. Those saved time and his shoulders.
That’s it Yanis ~ ‘The Demolition Man’ 😂😂 4:26
That was fantastic at the dump. A little bit of ingenuity!!!
The new smaller signs would be great for eye level or postal boxes of they are exterior. I'm so glad you left the ones with better visibility for people in tall vehicles.
Things that go "bump" (or BANG) in the night......part of the charm of an old haunted building 😊.
😊....Im excited to see what the camera picks up...definitely some residue energy at the convent with all the aged and sick ppl that had been there...they do like to make lots of bangs even though nothing is moved but more active when you do demo...hopefully they will learn to crack on...😊
