Wisteria sinensis grows in an anticlockwise direction and Wisteria floribunda grows in a clockwise direction. Wisteria plants have incredibly strong and woody stems and, in time, the trunks can become as thick as small tree trunks - it's not a climbing plant for a delicate trellis.

You have zink gutters and there are owls where you live, owls do fly at night, so that first sound is like an owl or other bird landing. Sounds at night sound very loud. I would put the machine everywhere it is interesting to hear what sounds are about. What would be nice is if you put it in a room the day before demo day and then again the same night to hear how the building sets itself after the demolishing part. Don't change the enamel house numbers, they will regret asking that in a couple of years, all towns who changed them up regretted it. If you really must put them up, add them next to to postbox or at that height but keep the enamel ones on top.

Doesn’t the mayor’s letter give specifics for where to mount the new numbers? I agree it is likely they are for emergency services. That would mean they need to be at a height where they would be highlighted by vehicle lights at night. Perhaps on a post near the door? The originals have a nice patina and should stay where they are. My opinion, for what that is worth, 😆

Billy, I think the signs are fluorescent. When someone or emergency services are trying to find an address, they can pick up the street number by it standing out at night. I'm just surprised they allow it to be so high when much lower would make sense. They do this here in NS rural parts so they light up when your vehicle goes by.

If it's got a sticky back, just stick them over the original signs. The blue stands out more then the older sign.

Billy, your appearance has changed quite a bit in the past few months. I hope you are feeling better. I recently released 100 pounds and I feel so much better. Stay healthy and happy for yourself and your family.

I think the door - possibly a cupboard or access door right next to Billy at the start of the video is the noise maker. A quick change in air pressure due to a wind gust or something would cause it to slam

I recommend putting the new signs up-even though they are plastic. They are more visible than the old ones-especially in case of a fire. I also recommend taking the old enameled signs, framing each one, and putting it inside the portion of the convent that it represents. This will keep the town mayor happy and allow you to preserve the old signs.

Put up a pergola with wisteria on it in the the grass next to the garage. It will look nice and you will have a nice place to have your coffee breaks at 😊 If you have wires at the top with wisteria you’ll have a really comfortable sun shade.

The second sound was different, as if it hit wood, not medal ! Mick is such an example of keeping active and living longer ! Of course you have Yanis who is a work machine ! Glad Rick is helping also !

Ceiling demolition is so hard on arms and shoulders. My husband did it here in the states on schools. He ended up purchasing impact wrenches. Those saved time and his shoulders.

The new smaller signs would be great for eye level or postal boxes of they are exterior. I'm so glad you left the ones with better visibility for people in tall vehicles.

Things that go "bump" (or BANG) in the night......part of the charm of an old haunted building 😊.

😊....Im excited to see what the camera picks up...definitely some residue energy at the convent with all the aged and sick ppl that had been there...they do like to make lots of bangs even though nothing is moved but more active when you do demo...hopefully they will learn to crack on...😊
