4K・ Japan - Night wandering in rural Tokyo and Saitama・4K HDR

🕒 09/28 6pm 🌡️ +26℃ 🚶‍♂️9km
Before having found illuminated anime manholes from previous video I had another walk.
I started from Shin-Akitsu station and walked to the northeast towards Higashi-Tokorozawa. There was a small shopping district between Shi-Akitsu and Akitsu station. Then the view changed into residential. I got lost as the direct way let up into university area of Meiji Pharmaceutical University, I had to go around. Then I walked along Karabori River, but could not find a way off the riverbank and had to go back. After passing another residential area I got to Higashi-Tokorozawa station where I noticed the first illuminated manhole. After finishing filming, I walked along manholes and found TeamLab installation, so I decided to film another walk and returned back to the station.

I'm sincerely loving how pedestrian and bicycle friendly Japanese cities are! A lot of places close to me don't even have sidewalks.

When I want to show people how impressive HDR on an OLED TV can look, I always show them your night videos, Rambalac. I'm watching them on a LG C2 and it‘s just breathtaking. Even more impressive than big budget movies that are optimized for HDR.

I was just about to comment about how gorgeously peaceful parts of this walk were, but then I heard the 'crickets'... It's just like that back home in Guyana.. crickets fiercly competing for your attention; but then the brain kind of zones it out after a while and you only really notice every now and again... Anyway, nice walk, and great scenery... I really enjoy these night walks.

I love the night walks. These videos have an element of peaceful nature that de-stresses you after a tough day, which is what I appreciate. BTW, since I just found out about your other channel with live videos, I subbed to that and hope to maybe see a live over there. Just a recommendation. If you can, mention that other channel on your main channel here. I've seen many channels do that. It becomes easier to get people to sub.
