The scenery of our capital city under the pandemic… Record of the ordinary people’s life in 2021. It is even nostalgic in 2024. Thank you for sharing it. For me watching this video is one way to recall my worst period in my life from another point of view. I even didn’t know that such a beautiful view was seen in those period of the pandemic nightmare.

It just feels safe to be out at night here..

I'd like to see a blooper/NG reel sometime. I have to imagine there were times someone ruined your shot or tried to disrupt your filming, and how you handled it.

Tokyo is expensive but not that expensive. You can stay at a Red Planet, which is a very nice bargain hotel chain, and the rooms are nice - even the one at Asakusa is just around $30 a day. Yes apartments are very expensive, especially in the really nice areas of Tokyo - but you can find very reasonable apartments in other areas. For example, a one-room apartment in Adachi is about $500 a month. I would expect you could find plenty of apartments for under 1,000 (as long as you aren't trying to live in Shibuya) - and if you stay in a place that's more than 10 minutes from the nearest subway, prices really begin to drop. Also, if you go out into the suburbs the prices also drop too. Don't give up on your dream - like any city, its location that determines price as much as anything.
