Thank you for posting this foot launch training progression! I'm going to go back to a training hill and copy that incredible run before letting the glider take off. That run is so freaking solid it looks like you're going to get the glider airborne from the flats. Everybody is amazed by your landings, but I think that super-long and powerful foot launch is even more impressive!

You got the point! We should run until we feel the right lift (and a bit more) instead of running until a certain distance. 😉

Hey thank you my friend, my friend Alfredo kindly lent me his glider for one day. I can tell you more about the tip wand, don't use your strength to bend the tip wand but focus on stretching the sail, it requires no muscles. I imagine to pull the end of the sail backward and outward

What does this comment mean? Non Italian citizens can only use the small training hill? I don't understand. Can we also fly from up here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/jJmop61sqNPVl9o.html ?? For me, this is the whole point of coming to Garda to hang gliding school. Learn from scratch, get the license, fly high flights like Andrea :)

Those have to be the fastest launch runs ever! You’re a sprinter! almost outrun the glider I think :)
