If you use the Mclassic on PS3 or 360 and then combine the 4k Gamer Pro with it the 4k Gamer Pro will then work as the Mclassic will upscale to 1080p then the 4k Gamer Pro will upscale to 4k. You need to use a 4k Splitter to get them to work together though you need to override HDCP which a Splitter will do.

The improvement is honestly impressive! Upclose things do look weird but from being off to high there is a clear increase. I won't believe it until I see it in person though

Good video! It makes a really slight difference, unless you look at the details. And details such the statue in Bloodborne change from blurry (OFF) to a mess of pixels (HIGH). The only game with a real improvement Is Minecraft, due to it's low resolution textures (at least I think this is the reason)

The Low setting is good. Sharpens stuff and adds slight definition without making it oversharpened. Med and High are terrible in my opinion. If your TV has a crappy upscaler, then it can be a decent device to add. I definitely like the low setting.

Have you tried forcing 1080p output from your PS3? Unclicking all the other options in the display output menu?

Puedo suponer que ese aparato ayuda un poco también a una PS4 Pro y una Xbox One X? Se me haría interesante que algunos juegos que están a 2K se vean más nítido aunque supongo que es un tanto tirar dinero por qué si considerando la potencia de dichas consolas

La mejora en juegos optimizados para funcionar a más de 1080p es mínima, con juegos que funcionan de 1080p o menos si se nota Aunque cómo se ve en el vídeo, por alguna razón la consola que parece beneficiarse más es la switch, por lo que se puede intuir que éste accesorio fué diseñado para dicha consola

The saturation and sharpening of color is so good, I just wish there a better way for anti-aliasing because it becomes distracting with non-smoothed polygonal objects.

Great video and all but it would have been nice to actually test more obscure games and ones that don't necessarily have HD remasters or remakes etc. How bout first gen PS3 or Xbox 360 games

it looks like it only upscales from 1080p, so wouldn't it on PS3 if you combine it with say a receiver upscaler?

Finally someone shows the results with PS4! Is it a PS4 Fat, Slim or Pro? I don't think it's the PS4 Pro since it already has upscaled 4k, but I'm curious :)

I have this brilliant thing on my 1080p TV called 'Super resolution'. Works exactly like this!

Same I have ultra res on my 4k tv but the thing is that it makes pixels more crisp, not hide them like in this video. Anyways imo it's always best to leave it on

This sharpens the image which in reality it can make the game look worst. I’ve never been a fan of it.

It depends on the game and system used. For the Switch it’s a massive improvement because the games looks like trash on anything else than a 1080 screen.

Lamentablemente no mejora en nada la resolución o el aliasing (el mCable funciona mejor), solo modifica el contraste. Por eso no funciona en consolas con menor resolución.

La gente quejandose porque la imagen se vé más nítida y que se notan más los dientes de sierra ... exactamente esa es la función de este upscaler que es ofrecer una imagen nítida. Si quieren una imagen con el efecto de blur pues compren el mclassic ... pero sólo reescala hasta 1440p mientras este si reescala a 4K. Y yo tengo ambos y les puedo decir que prefiero este sobre el mclassic.

Combine the 4k Gamer Pro with the Mclassic and a 4k Splitter and you can get 4k from a Mclassic. I've seen some vids and it looks decent. It will also allow the 4k Gamer Pro to work with PS3 and 360 as the Mclassic will upscale to 1080p and then from that the 4k Gamer Pro will upscale to 4k.

@@adebolaA1 just look up 4k gamer pro Mclassic. It's some foreign vid so you won't understand it. But the comparison gets the point across. The 4k Gamer Pro has different sharpness levels. So with it and the Mclassic combined, it's good to change the 4k Gamer Pro's sharpness setting otherwise it will make your eyes bleed.

This looks like a convolution sharpen filter, little else. This feature can be found even on cheap monitors.

Looks best on low. Everything else after that is an oversharpened mess.

Lo que pasa es que solo funciona si la imagen de entrada es 1080p nativa ... y ni el PS3 ni el Xbox360 la ofrecían en realidad.

Sinceramente prefiero no tener nada de eso, es muy parecido a los filtros que hay en las TV de hoy añadiéndole definición extra

Don’t waste your money. This is a way or sharpening the image. Even monitors or TVs have the same option. Sharpening can make the image worst
