    Yep, I know LAX, been there several times. If the weather cooperates, you can enjoy some very spectacular views between LAX and SEA. And the best part: no jet lag! Good view of I-5 going thru the Nisqually area. And there's Ketron Island, Anderson Island, McNeil and Fox Island. There's Henderson Bay over there. McNeil Island was where the prison was until they closed it down not long ago. Great view of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. Yes, I've walked it both directions. There's Ollalla. Back in 1911, this was where the very infamous Linda Hazzard lived and operated. She was a doctor who believed it was best for her patients to go on super-restrictive diets. The problem was a lot of them died. She quite literally starved her patients to death. More problematic was she inspired some other doctors to do the same. She was finally arrested by the Kitsap County authorities and charged with multiple counts of 1st degree murder. Well, anyhow, there's Manchester - great view of Seattle from there. Good views of Fort Ward. Back in the early 1940s, this was an active military defense fort where they watched for enemy ships. Very good view of Discovery Park. If you go to the South Beach during a big minus tide, the sand bar will go out about 1000 feet. Great view of Ballard and Fisherman's Terminal. This is where the AK fishing vessels spend the winter. Good view of Magnolia. This is where a lot of the more affluent and more politically conservative Seattleites live. They have an outdoor public pool to enjoy during the summer. Very good view of the Eastside and Medina. Whoa, there's Bill Gate's and Jeff Bezos' house! Good view of the I-90 Bridge. I've walked that sooooooo many times.

    Lovely, very lovely. Got to experience flying with Jetblue from SJO to MCO and back some days ago. I already want to fly back on it, flight attendants were so nice and the trip was safe and fun. They got a nice selection of movies and snacks for economy and shorter flights. Also I just think the A320s are cute planes. Once again very nice video.

    25:27 Jetblue: 706 to control Tower I've successfully left the airport runway with no problems. Control Tower: Ok bye 👋 Jetblue: How dare you call me a child, I got 14 and a half years experience of flying. Control Tower: Alright fine... your a rebellious teenager with a bright future and clearly you got your opinions and heart ish 😂. Jetblue: Thats the best I'm going to get from you isn't it? Control Tower: Yeah pretty much, so.... uhh yeah goodbye, good luck and don't let the turbulence get you, and all that fun stuff. Jetblue: Hmmm must be the fog making everyone cranky. 🤣🤣

    Somehow I have been always a fan of the CEO and have always liked these engines better than the 320 neo. Maybe just love the buzz. But the Neo is not bad.

    Jetblue 2 and a half hours later: Hey guys how you doing? I just came from Hollywood... ok LA than. Air Canada: Thats nice, i just came here from Vancouver. Its colder up there than it is over here. Jetblue: Vancouver isn't that far away buddy have you been drinking 🍻 again? Air Canada: A little... I literally had only 2 beers... maybe 3. Jetblue: My god no wonder why Canadians strongly dislike your services. Singapore Airlines: Will you two just be quiet already. I spent a crap full of hours getting here from Singapore 🇸🇬, and I'm trying to get some rest here. Air Canada: Aren't we all? Jetblue: Alright Alright, lets leave the big scary plane from China alone. Singapore: Are you bad at geography? Or are you just harassing me? READ THE DAMN WORDS.... SINGAPORE AIRLINES 🇸🇬. I'm nowhere near China, now leave me alone. Im trying to sleep here.

You don't have to be that close to me buddy. Some of us are still wearing masks. Delta: WHATTTTTTT you got to be kidding me. The pandemic is over, you've clearly been living under a rock for the past year.... now stop wasting my time and get on the damn runway and get out of my sight. I don't wanna be hear anymore longer than I have to. Jetblue: Alright Alright geez some planes these days... Delta: WHAT? Jetblue: Nothing. Delta: Thats what I thought... Control Tower: Will you two stop bickering? My god its like im dealing with children. And Jetblue the runway is CLEAR... Get off your phone and LEAVE! Jetblue: Alright Alright im going... quick pushing. Delta: Who are you calling children? I have you know that im heavily experienced plane and made my passengers happy with no problems. Control Tower: My next break couldn't come soon enough. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

    Hey Traveler, I guess most airports are blessedly quiet a 5:30 in the morning. Not too many people on the beach at 7am, except for your die hard beach runners. As you glide over marshmallow skies, Gene Wilder sings: "Come with me and you'll be in a world of pure imagination." Did you fade through the bumpies?? Did he fly that entire approach with gear down or did he drop at 2:12:10? I had my audio cranked up to figure out ??

  • @heatherstub
    @heatherstub9 ай бұрын

    Hey there. The audio is just a little off balance with the audio coming into the left ear more than the right. Just wanted to let you know. Also, I loved your video from Thursday from Tampa to Grand Camon. I heard it on my iPhone while taking a short nap. As always, keep up the great work! You always do your best to make these videos a cut above the rest! Thank you.

  • @sla31

    Thanks my friend. Depending on where I sit, the audio will be different on each side as I record in stereo. And that’s takes into account the audio variation based on which direction the sounds are coming from. So, When I’m sitting 10 feet form the left engine, and the right engine is 40 feet away, the left audio is doing to be louder. Just like it would be if you were on the plane. You just don’t always notice it in real life because your Brian is so used to it. The only way to change this would be to film with mono sound and it would equalize everything, but that wouldn’t be true to the real experience.

    Nowadays, it is pretty uncommon to taxi to the north side from the south side for takeoff even if you are departing to the north compared to back in the mid to late 2010s when flights departing to the north always took 24L aside from noise abatement.
