4K CABVIEW Bar - Bijelo Polje -- over 1000m winter altitude change from Sea coast to snowy mountains

Take a winter ride through the wilderness of Montenegro, by train. The railway line section between Bar and Bijelo Polje is a part of Belgrade - Bar railway line. This railway line goes through scenery nature parts, from planes, over high mountains to Adriatic Sea coast. This part of Balkan Peninsula abounds in rocky mountains and gorges, cliffs and canyons. Punching railway line through such terrain required the excavation of numerous tunnels and making of many bridges. Only a part of the line through Montenegro has 102 railway tunnels and 96 railway bridges. In addition, the railway line overcomes an altitude difference of over 1000 meters.
The most interesting objects and parts of the route shown in this video are:

00:15:15 The longest railway tunnel "Sozina" (L = 6171m)
00:25:10 Skadar Lake valley
00:48:30 The largest station in Montenegro - Podgorica
00:56:16 Entering the Moraca river canyon
00:57:20 The beginning of great climb into the mountains region
01:06:10 Climbing to Bioce train station and entering the Mala Rijeka canyon
01:10:40 The highest railway bridge in Europe "Mala Rijeka" (L = 500m, h = 200m)
01:15:10 Back to the Moraca river canyon
01:28:20 Lutovo train station (station is at bridges and tunnels 500m above Moraca river canyon)
01:36:50 Entering Krusevacki potok canyon
01:37:40 Tunnel "Trebesica" (L = 5172m) with bridge inside the tunnel
01:53:08 Kos train station (station is at bridges and tunnels)
01:54:30 Tunnel "Ostrovica" (L = 3827m)
01:57:40 Bridge over Tara river (L = 270m)
02:00:14 Tunnel "Sljivovica" (L = 2194m)
02:03:08 The highest railway station at Belgrade - Bar railway line, Kolasin (altitude 1027m)
02:05:50 Tunnel "Radigojno" (L = 2370m)
02:07:00 The highest point of Belgrade - Bar railway line (altitude 1032m)

Very detailed video!!! I traveled on that line back in the early 1980s... still my favorite train trip. The Mala Rijeka bridge was visible from 10 minutes away. Absolutely stunning area. Pozdrav!

In the previous video, the speed in the longest tunnel was only 20 km/h. I thought it was forever. It's a nice surprise that it's already 70 km/h. The video is perfect again, the train on the snow is such a different, such a quiet. A winter country is a beautiful. Thanks for what you do and please continue with that. Just when I thought it can't get any better. Wow!
I just found that video yesterday. it is so freaking amazing. I just wanna sit next to the train driver, not saying anything (quite frankly cause we wouldnt understand each other), just enjoying the view and the sounds of the train. maybe a cup of coffee. and from time to time stick my head out of the window for some fresh, cold air. but making sure to put my ugly mug back in before the next signal gets some fresh red paint. just incredible.

I recently discovered your channel and I'm glad I did as your videos are KZread's finest, especially this route takes my breath away, it's incredibly beautiful (that Kos Station is super cool!). Also, your videos help me to "calm down" after a busy night shift (I'm a 3-shift worker) and I get sleep easier if I take a ride with you..😂😴 So thank you so much for your amazing work & videos! Btw, I saw a lot of sand & gravel piles in the beginning of the video, just wondering if you know what they're building in the mountains? A new motorway perhaps? All the best for you. You're welcome. No, this is winter version of Bar - Bijelo Polje, similar to old, summer version of Bar - Bijelo Polje.

@@dulevoz Thanks, I have had a round week - my wife is in constant pan and propbably will need a hip replacement. And to make things worse, I had dropped her off for an appointemnt and was on my way on an an errand, but my mind was on Jo anne and not my driving when the car in front stopped and, minds on other things instead of my driving as IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN, I rear ended the poor guy in front of me. What an idiot I was. You videos - one soon - would cheer me hope. Best regards, a depressed "Dog" - my nickname.
