4K CABVIEW Vršac - Pančevo - Beograd Centar (from train depot to the end operations)

Railway line Beograd - Pančevo - Vršac is one of the many lines of branched railway network in Vojvodina. Section Beograd - Pančevo is double-track electrified part, which takes significant part of freight rail transit in Serbia, nowadays. The remaining section from Pančevo to Vršac is a single-track non-electrified part, which is the main railway connection between Serbia and Romania (connection with Stamora Moraviţa - Timișoara line).
This cabview was recorded from DMU passenger train 2602 (Vršac - Beograd Centar). The ride starts in the train depot, by slow movement from one to another track towards the passenger platforms. After boarding passengers the train starts commercial ride at higher speeds (up to 100km/h), through plowed fields of corn and sunflowers, then across the Dunav - Tisa - Dunav channel and through several wind farms with new windmills. On approximately half of the trip to Pančevo, at Alibunar, there is an encounter with the opposite passenger train. Upon arrival in Pančevo, the first freight trains appear. After the 250m long bridge over the river Tamiš, train approach the zone of the Beograd city suburban trains. The longest bridge on this route ("Pančevački most", L=1067m) is located between Krnjača and Pančevački most. Then the train enters the longest tunnel ("Tunnel Vračar", L=3510m). Commercial ride ends at Beograd Centar station platforms. This is followed by the relocation of the train to another, side track.

The Bridge over the Tamiš river (L=250m) is at 01:21:10. Anyway, it's been a great pleasure to view your train rides. i think it's because there are hardly any passengers. Most of the villages in that area, they already took railroad out, because there is no use for it.

Wondering if I have been through here before? Are there more than one line to the Romanian border? Just adding I have done this trip in the opposite direction I found the other this morning. Seems we came back much further than where the previous viewing from this end commenced from memory? A bit sad at the lack of maintenance of signals and level crossings. Must be a strain on the driver? Thanks again for a great trip and all the scenery, sunflower fields and Windmills as others have said.

There are no trains to Romania for a couple of years now. I think the problem is that old company Serbian Railways is in debt to Romanians and there is a dispute between them. I hope this will be resolved in the future.
At 1:46:16, that unfinished section on the right on Belgrade Central Station is under construction at the moment.

Did I noticed correctly that Alibunar is the only station between Pancevo and Vrsac left with a possibility for train meetings? Line capacity would be quite limited? How much traffic is there today? Are there still some trains to Romania?

Trains can be crossed in Vladimirovac, but only during the day.

vojvođanska železnička mreža je prostornim planom do 2035. godine skraćena za 400 km pruge, pitanje je da li će se na tome zaustaviti posle tog roka. tako da više nema priče o razgranatosti nekada najgušće mreže u evropi...
ja uzivam u vozovima... kod nas je tužno videti prazne stanice. Nema putnika, nema vozova. Sa izmeštanjem glavne zeleznicke stanice taj broj putnika se još više smanjio. U Španiji u reonu Alikante, Mursija, Valensija, treba videti kako su oni to sve pametno osmislili. Jedan te isti voz je u gradu (Alikante) tramvaj, dalje, jedan deo trase je kao metro, pa posle se pretvara u međugradski voz koji ide na udaljenost i do 150km. On ima brzinu kao ovaj voz sa snimka samo što su manji i jako frekventni. A pravi medjugradski voz (npr. Alikante - Barselona) udaljenost 530km voz proguta za 4 i po sata, brzina je 200km, prikazuju se filmovi a zvuk je preko sllušalica (bubica) kako se ne bi remetili putnici koji spavaju ili koji ne zele da gledaju film. Operater je RENFE.

Serbian Railways don't seem to have many trains. Even Belgrade's main station has only one other train in it, and it's empty!
