@@Noah-po4gg they’re not gonna make a new game for the same reason either. No one’s gonna spend $60-$70 bucks to do the same shit all over again or to explore just one other part of Pandora. They’re better off expanding on what they already have. One game, bigger world, hopefully better content. Same with Hogwarts Legacy, some newer content like Quidditch and Diagon Alley, and it’d be damn near perfect. But it’s unreasonable to ask people to fork over the better part of $100 just for those two bits of additional content in a sequel game.

@@anathar8830 right but at least add lore to the expansion. Don’t just slap on a brand new region without any reason as to why that just magically appeared on the map. with hog warts legacy and quidditch, there was a reason why quidditch wasn’t in the game.

I was flying back to Kinglore from the plains and the music kicked in once i neared the waterfall and man....i couldn't help but say "It's good to be home" lol

Did this for a while two hours was a great feeling. The transition through the forest, weather was great.

I'd always imagine and dream of a game like this where you'd be able to create your own Na'vi and customize your ikran (I'm a huge fan of the movies, very special to me) and after the first teaser for this game it honestly didn't feel real cause I never actually expected another Avatar game to be made. Thank you for making this because it'll be a very long time before I can play this for myself

hi Cheezy. Great graphics like this deserves a storyline as good as graphics. Flying around empty jungle is a great gaming simulator, fantastic but still a simulator of game instaed of game. I think we have reached the point where we have access to best possible graphics and open world but sometimes this greatness of graphical details does not corespond with storyline content. I hope Avatar as a game is as good as the graphics we can observe. Imagine multiplayerNaVi versus soldiers. Have a great day!

@@mirasm.573 Nono, I think you misunderstood, what I was talking about in my comment was that the Avatar series is very special to me and so a modern game where I can explore that world for myself as my own character is amazing to me, besides the story seems fine, its a cool concept and the world isn't dead since we've seen all the things to do like hunting, helping animals and gathering food

To me it’s the game of the year! I have spent hours and hours just walking and flying around in Pandora, it’s just so beautiful and stunning

It's insane how it looks so good it looks like the movie. Video game graphics have definitely taken a leap in the last 3 years.

After watching the digital foundry amazing showcase i think most of the problem i had with this game is sorted out like popping in issues. By enabling Unobtanium settings on the pc version and this is meant for future hardware when this can be used so the game can be used for benchmarking for future hardware which i think is just great according to digital foundry technical review.

I find the popping issues with the textures when coming into the scene very distracting it takes me out of the immersion as my eyes always look towards it as you come into motion this needs fixing badly and the ghosting trails other than that visually it's stunning i do hope they try their hardest to sort the problem out unless its a dlss issue

The hdr implementation in this game is terrible. I don't know if it's the engine or just poor hdr but it is nigh on impossible to get an image that's bright without being washed out, and dark without extremely crushed blacks

1:17:20 is a pretty good example. Reminds me of something out of the Lorax movie. Edit: I just remembered they have eclipses instead of night time. That might explain the weird lighting.

Might be a cynical take, but I think it's just another symptom of the usual trend of modern AAA videogame developers thinking that "photorealistic" graphics with a bland, washed-out color palette looks beautiful overall. The Avatar movies were / are just plain _dumb_ overall, but there's no denying the filmmakers absolutely _nailed_ a colorful, memorable, eye popping aesthetic in both movies. They're just pure eye candy, and that's credit I'm honestly happy to give. _This,_ on the other hand, just looks flat, generic, and kinda _ugly_ in more than a few places.

well this game has been classed as the best looking game in terms of visuals to date beating cyberpunk whos devs are still updating it with more ray tracing also better looking than what was going to be the best visually looking game using the unreal engine 5 Starfield and for me even better than death stranding and horizon zero dawn forbidden west. all these games are visually stunning. Not all games are perfect but avatar is not far of it and can be improved overtime with the unobtanium settings through new patches tweeking and fixing with the new next gen cards and cyberpunk been doing that over the last few years and look at the state that game looked .

i just got it and it looks amazing i love big open world games

Had the game with my Ubisoft+ subscription was not disappointed

We need a mod that adds the original flying music from the movies. Or just the music overall!

Never would've thought that the friggin Avatar game would give me my Skyrim fix in 2023 and not Starfield yet here we are.

the only bad thing about this is the very aggressive pop in. The implementation is very noticeable.

yeah, nanite on ue5 is really revolutionary. the old LOD techniques was still use by this game. I hope instead of pop in they just fade it in or out slowly.

@@rotsen3123 exactly. That is the best way to deal with pop in (since no nanite). But I guess for whatever reason their engine doesnt work like that and they had to use those aggressive LOD changes.

This is a full-fledged long-play game, including main quests and some side content. There is no way I can fit all the extra video. The videos are over 40 hours long, which in my previous experience, any video over 24 hours long gives me a headache to load. If people really want to see all the side stuff, the story of the game is over, it's a shame.

The game seems beautiful, but I've been seeing a lot of pop-in from LOD trees and objects, they could use some kind of smoother transition from the LOD to the final model to hide this issue

The LOD pop in is a little jarring. But still looks pretty.

Can you fly above/through the clouds? Can you jump off above enemy plane and land on it? Game looks incredible.

Someone told me its trash. I bought it on the low and fell in love. Someone's opinion shouldnt dictate your opinion also. Try it for yourself. I bought it just to relax and do the same as doing in the video

Yes just hard to control just have to pull up really hard to slow down before you crash

just upgraded w new pc from gtx1650 to an rtx3060 12gb i5 12400f and started game on low setting w fsr3 f.g(that i didnt understand at all exept that better then dlss for fps). Game looked great even on this setting but at high settings and ultra it looks great(however still dont get what frame gen is+why fsr3 is better on rtx gpu then dlss)WHy is it better when dlss is better in every other game i tried since new pc for the fps?? But gtx1650 compared to an rtx3060 12gb is a extrem upgrade for me to play at in games like this and cp2077(looks so good on max settings rt off) Thanks for video (but still frame gen+fsr3 why is fps better on rtx gpu in this game)

Depends on your resolution, but at 1440p i think ultra should work Although technically the real max "unobtanium" doesnt even really work with a 4090

Very very dense. Denser than any other game I’ve played. You can climb and PARKOR style traverse through trees as well

I still have a while before I get my banshee But when I do, we’ll fly all over the place nose dive all over the place trust fall and take it down RDA scum I wish you could just get the electronic the start of the game like that’s your first quest that would’ve made it a lot cooler having earned it does feel right, but also it would take a while and having to clear all the levels to get to it. It’s really hard.

flying way too slow, doesn't look right at all, the the whole atmosphere of the scene is just lacking. I'd say a 5/10 on realism, good graphics on "things" here and there doesn't make it immersive and 4k, making it look "immersive" makes it good.

Walking is faster. Shame, looks like a plane about to stall. Like holy shit, this is the slowest mount in video game history. And I thought Horizon Forbidden West had slow mounts.

Flies way too slow and it bugs the hell out of me.

I would be exploring the jungle all day long providing its big enough and a really stunning looking game shame about the textures popping in when moving around maybe that can be sorted out with a patch you would of thought this would be a thing of the past by now asit it ruins the look of this game. It's so distracting to look at and they made a good visually looking game and didn't bothered addressing it. This Reminds me abit of shadow of the tomb raider and a crysis game when it comes to the jungle area and they also had the same popping issues. You must be amazed with the visuals and how nice they look cos i would be. Anothing thing that distract me is the ghosting trails i don't know if its because yours recording this for streaming or the game

flying is broken first of all tehre should be button to go up, the second in idle flying mode the ikar almost levitate in the air without almost any forward movment,...grrrr, also camera is set to high, terrible flying mechanics!!! the ikar body should be dynamic, i mean it should be able to hit the treas etc, it is almost like there is not rigiddbody and roces applyed to the ikar, very disapoiting!!!

How are you flying you ikran into the upper plains , it turns me around won't let me enter the upper plains. Is there something I'm missing ?
