I know 'flexi-heads' are not cheap but the amount of corn he was leaving on the ground due to the 'wind flattened' corn would have paid for it after a couple of years, especially if he had part ex the existing 'header' he was using.

The crop is wheat not corn, if it were corn be using a corn head not a grain table.

@@arzamumma1202 I presume you are not in the UK. Over here we call that crop under the general heading 'Corn', although I would say it looks like wheat to me. In the UK a 'Corn Head' is used for what we call 'Corn on the Cob' or 'Sweet-Corn' and that crop was certainly not that.
