Proud owner of MZ21 chair. Excellent performance and quite comfortable if massage taken for 20 min time setting. Only con is that no APK is available as against the Roku Rk 9800 model which is same .no button for leg extender. Roller can't be controlled anticlockwise as advertised. No movement for waist rotation as well. However I am enjoying it and makes my life easy after a hectic workday Edit: after use for nearly 6 months, it has started making loud humming noise . Called the technician from company but it could not be resolved. Now facing this irritating loud noise during massage is quite a dampener...no remedy from company, not even a feedback call..so be cautious of the post sales of JSB sports....
