Useable bathroom and hanging locker and space to work from home whilst on the road. One of the best layouts yet.

I have the same, a year younger. Can really recommend them. This model has the 2.0 Peugeot Boxer Blue HDI so is also environmentally friendly, cheap to run and insure but has 160bhp. Really pleased with ours 👍

@@cassandrahenry Hi, because they have a six year warranty when new they have to have yearly habitation and engine service. I use my dealer purely for ease and in case I ever need to claim on the warranty but its a pricey way to do it I know. This year it was 3 years old so major service and habitation check was total £800, interim years are approx £350 if I remember correctly. Road tax is actually really good as its cheaper for vans over 3500kg (these are 3850kg) so I pay £14.43/month on this 3 year old van. I think the newer ones come under different tax rules tho and are more expensive. I hope that all helps. Oh - and we love ours 👍

Will the rear overhang make it over a ferry ramp,looks very close to bottoming out, could be a issue parking up in some places with a banked car park

The model looked at is a Bailey Autograph 79/4T, for twin beds. Bailey do also do the 79/4 which has the island bed 👍. Hope that helps.

Hi Nick, I have watched your boat videos for a while now and love them. Can I make a suggestion that when you are doing the Motorhome videos you mention things like payload and MPG as these are really important when choosing an RV, remember that the unloaded weight only includes the driver and one gas bottle everything else like microwave, bike rack etc are classed as part of the payload, including any extra passengers etc. Keep up the good work.

@@founderofself Payload is the difference between the unladen weight and the maximum laden weight. So in layman’s terms the amount of extra weight you can put in the vehicle. There should be a plaque on the vehicle with this on.

The most impressive bit is the price, really very cheap for what you are getting.

Very nice for £49K, especially when you consider what not much bigger RVs cost in the US, and it's small enough to drive on UK B roads without taking up both lanes.

That's a nice one. Though not familiar with Peugeot brand. Don't have that in the States.

Great Motorhome for the price Nick, really shows what you can get if you don't want to buy brand new (even though it looks like a new vehicle). Really good home from home touring van. 👍

Making the twin beds will be just awlful. Sink seems in a weird spot on the counter. Table is small for suggestions of many people

Wow! I wouldlove to bring it to the US and put a lift kit and 4x4 on it. That would be brilliant.

well you could use the 4x4 to tow it with, small underpowered engines in the uk that couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding

No, not yet with everyone holidaying in the UK a lot. Prices have gone high but the bubble will have to burst one day. 👍

I know I’m just being picky but when you talk about the 240 V hook up you always refer to it as sure Support no I know where it comes from because of your other channel but I do still think it’s all areas David

Unfortunately usually suffer on payload with larger ones, lot of 6 metre vans with overhead cabs really no doubt feel spacious.

Its quite a bit longer than that, 7.9 metres. Payload is a bit limited but we get by 👍

Why can’t USA manufactures build this type of RV ? Plenty of space, with a great price!

Should introduce such RVs in India also🙂

Bet there's plenty room on roof for solar panels.

Comes as standard with 100w panel but there is plenty of room to add extra. Mine has 3x100w panels with an increased rating controller 👍

Only if you have 'Grandfather's rights', i.e passed test in UK prior to 1997. Its unladen weight is 3850kgs which in the Uk needs a licence category D. 👍

You could quite easily hurt your arm turning over in your sleep .

Very good, but the '' Leather'' let's it down. It could be a lot better.

Motorhomes seem reasonable purchases as they do not depreciate horrendously. 2022 - another year closer to me having one of these, no job and freedom. Anyone know what this was worth new in 2017?

from memory these were upper £50s in 2017, first year they came out. This one's priced well as its done some miles, tho inly in the motorhome industry is sub 30k viewed as some miles on a 4 year old van! Previous owners toured Europe in it most years

I bought the same new in 2018 for £52,500. The latest Bailey Autograph 3 is now in the high £60k, pushing £70k. Hope that helps 👍

I do like these motor homes but I can’t see the point of seating four people when there is only sleeping for two? There should be at least four beds for a motor home that size and price don’t you you think?

The front seating converts to an extra double bed. Not the easiest transformation each night but useable 👍

The prices of these vehicles baffle me...I would thought this would be more money. This is a bargain.

A twin instead of a double lets the whole thing down! I appreciate the twin layout allows you to step into the room whereas a double you would have to dive on from the door, but for me that makes it none starter for a couple. Shame, lovely otherwise.

Does it have a sticker “if the van is a rockin, don’t come a knockin” if not, that’s a deal breaker.

We can´t see shower floor to know the dimensions.

What I have noticed in your videos, is you don't inform people if they need a different licence to drive these motorhomes. That would be nice if you could in future explain what licence you would need. All vehicles are not the same licence.

No. It only has a 100 litre fresh tank so a washing machine would soon empty that 👍

Twin beds and don’t look like they have an infill. Wouldn’t suit me and my chicks
