48" Titan debris forks on a Kioti CS2520

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

I wanted to try a set of debris forks on the tractor, primarily to increase the amount of firewood rounds I can carry on the loader. It worked well. Along the way I thought up a couple of other uses for them. I am pleased with them. There were no instructions provided with them, but it's easy to put them together. Don't forget to use thread locker on the allen bolts that hold the metal pads to the mounting bolts!
The debris forks will allow you to carry more firewood than the bucket, so be prepared to install weight on the back of your tractor. You may be surprised to find how much affect the weight has now that it is out further away from the pivot point of your bucket.
Thanks for watching!

You talked about safety but didn’t mention that you have the rops down, I would put them up especially without ballast

Glad you added safety. Please use the ROP bar and seat belt as well. They will save your life. I know from experience. I will be buying these for my tractor.

I think I am going to buy a set of these. I have a Titan 3 point tiller. I think my locktite will be a few tack welds and a bigger round plate. Good stuff!

if you had a pile of cut (16" long) and split firewood out in your yard then how would it work for moving the pile of firewood into your wood shed ? Would you be able to drive into the pile and scoop it up?

I've never tried that. I split my wood and put it right into a rack most of the time. I've got another tree to work on soon, so maybe I'll give it a try so I can give you a better answer.

Yes, the clamps stay tight. Move the forks up and down a little by hand when tightening. They will settle in where there's supposed to be. Then you can tighten them all the way.
